It was announced today that GameCube would come out Nov. 5th, 3 days before X-Box. No price information given though. Here is the story...

That is the greatest thing i have ever heard....i kinda don't like MS, but i'll have to deal with Xbox, but this is a great way for Nintendo to Jab Billy Deep Pockets...i hope it flops on its face...xbox that is...but it wont...i know...but i can have dreams can't i?

I think the announcement is great! It means there's going to be a better chance I can pick up an Xbox on Nov. 8! Of course, I'll still probably pick up a GameCube for the Nintendo franchises I love so much, but that'll probably be a sometime-in-2002 purchase for me.
Say what you want about MS, but it appears they've done their homework and created an incredibly powerful, developer friendly, ultimately-online gaming machine--AND lined up stellar developers to boot. And if that turns you off because of a MS logo on the machine, then I'm sure there's a PS2 somewhere out there with your name on it.

For all the hype about XBox, I still haven't seen any games that justify buying the system.
I already have a PS2 and I'll get a GameCube for Nintendo / Rare titles. (probably the same situation as most gamers)
What XBox games are worth buying a $300 system to play?
ie. decent games that won't be available on other consoles or PC?
