Just got this as a gift and it is excellent. Great graphics, control, sound....9 out 10 on all counts!

I saw the review for this in EGM (got game of the month). It looks decent, but I think the timing will hurt it. I know I don't need two racing games within a two month span. GT3, of course, is the other and will be a must buy PS2 game when it comes out in June.

hate to burst your bubble, but GT3 has been pushed to mid july according to 2 different distributors I deal with. :(

i wouldn't be suprised if we don't get GT3 till the end of summer...but this rumble racing is fantastic!!! I played all last weekend, and i really couldn't put it down. I had more fun than i did that first week i played smuggler's run...it was quite a shock...but a great game to bid the time til gt:3 really does arrive...

GT3 and Rumble Racing are such different games it would be worth owning both.. GT3 is a driving sim/racing game.. Rumble Racing is more like Beetle Adventure Racing (another great game) but it is faster, has weapons/powerups and a much more arcade feel.. Rumble Racing is a pure action game, where GT3 is more detailed and sim oriented. I agree though, Rumble Racing is an absolute blast to play and much better then I had expected!! (Where as Bombad Racing was horrible, despite the decent reviews rent this one first!!)

I rented it yesterday and it sucks! I raced 3 races and wanted to take it back. Anyone know if Hollywood video gives refunds for unsatisfied customers?

I'll definately give Rumble a try though.

I doubt if they give refunds for a rental.. At least you didn't purchase it at Toys R Us or somewhere that doesn't take returns! If in doubt I always buy games from EB.. they take returns within 10 days for ANY reason.. and also price match if it goes on sale somewhere else cheaper.
