Hi all,

I really love games like Super Mario Brothers. I don't know if they have stopped making games like these. I loved the Crash Bandicoot series for PSX. I hate one-on-one fighting games and not too fond of sports titles. Forget about RPG. First-person shooters are okay but done to death. So are there any games out there for me? I wanted to take the PS2 plunge but its so difficult to tell about games from the boxes. Any help on PSX or PS2 games that fit this profile? Thanks.

If you like old Super Mario type games you would be better off getting a Game Boy Advance and getting Super Mario Advance. The GBA is going to have some great 2D action games like Castlevania and Sonic Advance.
