I need help identifying this old ARCADE GAME

I hope you can help me with this. Back in the 70's there was a black and white arcade game that I played that I am trying to find or, at least identify. I THOUGHT the name was Elimination but am not certain. It was similar to Pong as it had a dial to turn to move the bar (paddle) at the bottom of the screen left and right. But it was different too. It was a 1-2 player only game. The entire screen was filled with evenly-spaced DOTS (not just at the top like Pong - the ENTIRE screen!) - and the object was to bounce an on-screen ball over each one which made the dots disappear - and continue to keep it moving by using the paddle until the entire screen was empty. And so on. Are you familiar with this or have any information about it? I realize that it has been a long time but I would love to have this machine!

Surely SOMEONE out there remembers it...?
