FT- PS2 Region Free
I picked up a region free CD off E-Bay. It allows the PS2 to play DVD movies from region 1 in PAL TV's. I didn't know that PAL to NTSC conversion wasn't also done. So rather than turning the disc into a coaster, I'm hoping someone on the board can use it.
