The US Dreamcast has a built-in 56k modem, so you connect it as you would a computer...one end of the phone cord to your system and the other end to a phone line. In order to go online, you need to have internet access and a web browser disk to set up. You can download the image file of the web browser here:

Once you configured your console to go online, you can use the web browser disk to surf the net. Any game that has some internet feature will also allow you to do so e.g. Jet Grind Radio, Bomberman Online, and Unreal Tournament. Oh, and about that site...there are many wonders to behold.
