mljones99 04-01-01 10:02 AM

DAMNIT!!!!!!!! Go to wrestlemania or stay home and watch x-files?!?!? and no i am not being sracastic, i loooove the x-files.

POWERBOMB 04-01-01 04:45 PM

Well, I think I have made it pretty known that I won't be watching Wrestlemania, So it looks like Simpsons, Fear and the X-files for me tonight, brudda!

THX 1138 04-01-01 05:08 PM

Wrestlemania will return next year. X-Files on the other hand.... will not.

grunter 04-01-01 05:22 PM

Too bad it's on opposite the "Sopranos". Tony and the gang win hands down over a watered-down "X-Files".

Why not watch both? HBO replays The Sopranos on Monday night. (As well as many other times during the week)

necros 04-01-01 09:04 PM

Yep I love the Sopranos, but since HBO way overplays everything, I can see Sopranos tomorrow or any other night of the week :)

I thought Duchovny quit the show? Is he like a special guest star now, or did he decide he can't act and is better off playing a boring fbi agent? :) I noticed the episode a few weeks back, and tonights, he was in the main begining credits with his photo and all like normal...

Didn't quit, just didn't contract for more than like 6-8 eps this season. Next week should be pretty interesting. It's about damn time the invasion starts...

plus, you seem to have quite the little triangle happening with mulder back in the picture.

Jackskeleton 04-02-01 12:06 AM

Finished the x-files a few moments ago... wow... simply great!!

But now scully has to loose something greater..

and the triangle begins.. this is shaping up to be really kick ass with mulder back. :)

THX 1138 04-02-01 02:07 AM

very good episode. great having Mulder back!

Iron Chef 04-02-01 08:14 AM

Spoiler:
Where did they get the vaccine from after Kreichic dropped it?

JohnPhoenix 04-02-01 08:17 AM

Spoiler:
They didn't. When Skinner tried to 'kill' mulder, it actually saved his life, as the life support in the hospital was fueling the alien virus.

Iron Chef 04-02-01 08:36 AM

Thanks JohnPhoenix. :)

marty888 04-02-01 08:37 AM

And just how many seconds DID it take Duchovny to learn his "dialogue"? Talk about speechless - it's almost as if Chris Carter said "we'll get him for quitting" by putting him in heav makeup and making him just lie there under the hot lights for most of the show!

The eps kind of bored me... Nothing really happened that you couldn't see coming (esp once it was known Kreichic was back). Next week's eps looks pretty good though.

mikehunt 04-02-01 01:42 PM

Although they didn't need too, if I had been Doggett I would have soaked up the vaccine with my shirt and squeezed it into a syringe. A little vaccine is better than none :)

yeah no ****, just because the vial broke, the vaccine was still there on the ground.

codefree 04-02-01 07:02 PM

Just wanted to say that last night's episode was one of the series best eps IMO. :)

POWERBOMB 04-02-01 09:13 PM

Great show. I thought the skin peeling thing was weird. And if he was an alien, why didn't they test his blood or brain waves or something. I mean, the guy just came back from taking a swin, shed his skin, has no memory of what happened to him BUT thinks the aliens are here to help us.

elektra 04-03-01 09:03 AM

Is it me, or does anyone else get the impression that Doggett might have a thing for Scully?

Don't we all?

Titmouse 04-03-01 05:17 PM

It really was a good episode, thanks goodness I didn't forget to watch it.

elektra 04-03-01 06:32 PM

Michael D - :) not really. Some of us wouldn't mind Mudler or Skinner. ;)

Just seemed like when he walked in on them at the end of the episode, he looked hurt. As though he just lost something he didn't realize he had.

I'm wondering the same thing. If he's an alien then the first thing I would've done is to go get him and put him under arrest and do some tests, but we never see him again in the episode. Is he still at the hospital or did he run off?

He transformed his appearance, teleported himself to Houston and beat the Rock for the WWF title with Vince's help. At least that's my guess.....
