Daytime...Guiding Light - I was hooked on it in college (although Bold and the Beautiful always had the hottest chicks)

Nightime...Dallas - nobody can be JR Ewing as a villian.

DAYTIME WISE - I agree. How does Victor Newman get so many chicks?:confused:-confused-

NIGHTTIME - I never missed Melrose Place or Dawson's Creek!:o

DAYTIME: General Hospital (started watching when Kirsten Storms came on the show) :drool:
NIGHTTIME: Dallas (I didn't watch it in the original run, caught it on DVD)

That General Hospital video above is one of the funniest fuckin' things I've seen in a long time. Didn't the girl in it used to be in Days of Our Lives or am I imagining things?

They've done a few karaoke episodes but they are usually fun. Here's the song the girls sang.

Yep, she use to play Belle on there (I loved her hairdo back then) & the guy that used to play Shawn is also on GH now as her boyfriend Matt. She was also in the Disney Channel's Zenon movies.

Seasons 1-8 and 10 are absolutely amazing and I plowed through them very, very quickly. The dream season is just too slow and drawn out and the seasons after 10 got worse and worse as you went along.

b) Lot of good ones mentioned. From the old days, maybe "Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman." For modern times, I've got to go with my guilty pleasure, "Secret Life of the American Teenager."

I've always been partial to As the World Turns, but nothing can beat General Hospital during the Luke and Laura years. Pure soapy fun!

And in primetime there is no question... Dynasty!

Daytime: General Hospital circa Luke, Laura, Scotty, Heather, Susan Moore (Heather's cousin), Robert Scorpio, Holly (Emma Samms), The Cassadines, and so on. In other words, Late 70's, early 80's.

Nighttime: I only watched 2 -- Dynasty/The Colbys and Knots Landing. Knots Landing wins by far.

;) If you were thinking General Hospital, you would be right. As for the night time soap, Dallas and it's not even close. Honorable mention goes to Falcon Crest.

I remember as a kid my Friday night line up was The Dukes of Hazzard, Dallas and Falcon Crest.

Daytime- All My Children. It's the only daytime soap I could get into.

Nighttime- Desperate Housewives or Dynasty. Technically, Desperate is a soap. Otherwise, catfights between Alexis and Crystal were enough to keep me glued to Dynasty.
