What ever happend to that other guy not Paul Reiser? Is a part of the famous partners who never made it big?

Wormwood 02-28-01 03:38 PM

He seems to have been pretty well off since then.

JohnDill17 02-28-01 05:56 PM

Do you suppose that Paul Riser is embarrassed to have been in that show?

yeah, I remember that show. It was kind of weird though that starving artist dad had an apartment that was so huge. I wonder if he was selling some smack on the side ;)

thejammy 03-01-01 03:33 PM

according to that the other dad "greg evigan" or something like that, was the guy on TEK WARS, the short live William Shatner specials

Does anyone have My Two Dads on dvd or vhs?

adamblast 04-27-05 06:02 PM

Nope, 'fraid not.

No sign of any release, and frankly, it's not one of those series you'd expect to show up... unless virtually everying gets released eventually.

How proud I am that my very first post has been resurrected. Or close to it. Thanks for the welcome, mikehunt, you old whore. :)

WarriorPrincess 04-27-05 06:30 PM

OMG, too funny - I was just telling people at work about this show because it was the first role I ever saw Giovanni Ribisi portray (he played Cory, Nicole's first crush - yes, I am a tv geek ;) ). No one remembered the show but me. :(

I remember the show. It had Dick Butkus of all people in it.

What I ment was did anyone tape it off the tv on dvd or vhs?

Charlie Goose 04-28-05 06:36 AM

My Two Dads was a good show, for what it was.
It had a couple of my favorite lines, that I still use.

Greg Evigan's boss was over and Greg said something (I forget what) to him, so the boss started to tell him a joke.
Boss: Knock-knock.
Greg: Who's there?
Boss: I don't give a damn, that's who.

Or this exchange on the same episode.
Boss: I like you, you're clever. I probably don't pay you enough.
Greg: Actually, that's right.
Boss: Good. That makes me clever too.

To reply with a very belated answer, since he went on to do Mad About You, I think that is a good indicator that he has no shame.

I really liked My Two Dads when it was on, because of the hot daughter.
