The Weekend Update is usually the best part of the show.

Just goes to show you how much talent Eminem really has. Whoever it was doing that skit was just as good (or should I say, just as bad?).

How long do you think it will take intill katie is doing more and more nude scenes in films? Considering her opening segment... it looks like she likes that sort of attention :eek:

She supposedly has a no nudity clause in her contract. So much for that.

After intentionally avoiding SNL for the past 5 years (even when U2 was on!) I was forced to watch it tonight by my friends. My response..... ughhhhhhhhhhhhhh... oh man, that was a beating. I was lucky to only have to see 3 scenes... was incredibly not funny. I had recently watched my tape of Mr. Show, and it pains me to think of how much more brilliant that show was, and why the heck it still isn't on the air

I totally agree with you. Mr. Show is one of, if not the funniest show I've ever seen on TV. It really is too bad that no more episodes will be around. But to tell you the truth, this episode of SNL wasn't really all that bad compared to most other episodes. You shoulda seen the one hosted by Tom Green.:eek: THAT was bad.

I thought the show was quite funny overall. Did anybody else catch Katie holding the strap to her dress up in the beginning. I was wondering why she was holding her dress up like that and figured that was what it was. Then the lady came out with the shoes and while Katie was putting them on, the lady quickly pinned her strap back on. I was hoping it would fall down that entire time, but I guess after she ripped it off and showed the bra underneath, we wouldn't have gotten a view like in The Gift.

I'm sorry, but I just don't see the attraction to Katie-the-one-surviving-long-thought-lost-relative-of-Dopey-Dwarf-from-Snow-White-and-the-Seven-Dwarves-Holmes.

Put her head next to a head shot of Dopey and the hideous similarities will keep you up at night, gnawing off you fingernails.

She seems to have received that recessive, drawn-by-a-Disney-animator gene. And with those freakish, saucer-shaped eyes, she could be a model for most any anime film.
