I am rarely home when my favorite shows are on, so I program my trusty VCR (the machine still serves a purpose in my life). I record Blind Date and reruns of Friends, Frasier, and Seinfeld every week day. I also record the first run episodes of Frasier and Friends. Now-a-days I record Friends because I am watching Survivor.

I personally don't record very much just because I set the shows I want to watch around my schedule. But if a meeting or something comes up I will record survivor, boston public, and the practice.

I should get a Tivo and so should you!

I don't suffer much from program clashes but will sometimes time shift when things are on that I feel like watching another day.

On a digital channel I sometimes tape reruns of <b>The Larry Sanders</b> show - which I think is absolutely fantastic by the way; all those quirky, needy characters! I don't know which I like best but Artie certainly rocks! They are on late at night weekdays with the whole five repeated on Saturday nights. So if I'm in I might have a Larry Sanders fest between 9 and 11-30 otherwise the VCR takes over!

Thank G-d for 3 VCR's. Man, I watch waaay too much TV
