Well I was pretty annoyed by the episode. First off

Looks like my guess last week was right!

Michael breahed in too much smoke near the fire and dozed off in front of a fire and burned his hands badly, jumped in the water to cool them off, and finally the medics showed up and helicoptered him away for medical treatment. But he's out of the game now.

You know, I have to wonder if karma played a weird part in the departure of Michael, as he was the one that went hunting for pigs/fish, and came home as the big honcho, and then has this accident knock him out of the game and leaves him with painful scars on his hands to remind him of the experience.

In the back of my mind, Michael was my odds-on pick to win it all, but this is an incredible development in the overall scheme of the game.

The Ogakor tribe really got lucky to have the merged squad even with 5 members from each tribe.

I wonder why they changed from last year's format of merging after 7 people have been booted off the island, this year, only 6 were given the boot before merging. Maybe the producers were hoping for an even team so it'd been tougher to pick off the lesser represented tribe in the merged tribe.

The remaining episodes will be very interesting to watch how people manuever their way to the final four showdown.

Who's my pick to be booted off next week? I think it'll be one of the stronger members who doesn't win immunity, so that leaves Colby, Nick, and maybe Keith.

Well, what I heard is that another accident is still forthcoming, having yet another teammate bumped off the show. Time will tell....
