That's okay. Totally understandable.
I never watched Parks & Recreation... and everything else on her filmography didn't ring a bell. It happens.

Yeah, wow. I mean, I've never watched Parks & Recreation either, but she's all over the indie film world. Ingrid Goes West was one of the best films of 2017, The Little Hours is about as funny as a movie can possibly get, I just watched Emily the Criminal and that was great too.

Plus The White Lotus Season 2 was probably the biggest show of the Fall season, at least from a buzz standpoint.

The last few months have definitely been a huge boost for her career with Emily the Criminal and White Lotus. It's also when she made the leap (for me) from attractive comedy girl to sexy AF woman.

Interesting. I would have always said that she was not a brunette that could pull off going blonde, but she did it, and for me it was va-va-va-voom time.

To be fair, I've heard mention of White Lotus a bunch of times over the last year or so - but only found out a couple weeks ago that Plaza was in it.

She was only in the second season (as 95% of the cast was new) which just finished airing a month ago so that makes some sense.

Ah, that makes sense. Although the show's been on for 3 months I see and amidst all the talk of the show - I still only knew about Plaza's involvement 2 weeks ago.

I thought Plaza was really good and brought a lot of energy to it that most hosts do not.

The open was the only dud. Molly Kearney as Bradshaw was terrible.

This was the best episode of the season!

It automatically fit that designation with two Amy Poehler appearances and Leslie Knope on WU.


The Avatar sketch was probably the only week sketch and maybe the NFL on FOX.

Aubrey was great and a crime it took them this long to get her to host the show.

I think Plaza was in every single sketch and aspect of the show outside of the music.

And Sam Smith... horrible.

I just watched the first two episodes of Parks and Rec from Season 1 this morning.

Plaza was 24, she is 38 now. Why did she not even really look cute then and now she’s sexy?

Has she had work done? Were they intentionally dressing her down back then, ala Elaine on Seinfeld?

It came out on Parks and Rec quite a bit imo, but yes they dressed her down to play up the characters traits.

She shifted gears pretty hard from her somewhat more cutesy Parks and Rec character to more manic roles rapidly with Dirty Grandpa and Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates.
