Looks good. I like that Sly’s character seems like a cynical mobster. I noticed Dana Delany in the trailer.
I’m pretty sure for this series Terence Winter is doing the bulk of the show running and lead writing.
But Sheridan has 5 other shows slated to come out over the next year. Just seems like an insane amount of work.

This looks great; has a lot more humor than I was expecting. I love Sly so him being on a weekly TV series is great news to me.

This show is the only reason (besides B&B and Halo) I still have an active Paramount subscription. It's easily my least used streaming service. Looking forward to this. Will probably cancel until B&B, Halo, and this returns for another season. Just not alot of interesting stuff on here IMO

The first episode is now up.
Trying to watch some before bed. Stallone is great so far and very funny playing a fish out of water mobster.

That was great. Good mix of humor in it. Seems like it doesn’t take itself too seriously. Loved Manfredi’s interactions with everyone around town. Nice to see Andrea Savage in the first episode. The reveal that she’s an FBI agent should make things interesting.

I wanted to love it, when it was announced, I was pretty sure, I'd love it, after I saw the trailer. Now I've watched the first episode and I do love it. Sylvester Stallone is perfect, the tone is fantastic and I do like the rest of the cast.

So is the whole season up or just a couple of episodes?

1 episode. Paramount doesn’t do the binge model. It’s a weekly series.

This was so good. Self-deprecating, good action. Sly was perfect choice. Wish he was a little less physically fit. But roids would do that. But, this was so brilliantly crafted, I can’t wait for more. Taylor Sheridan is just great.

Enjoyed the hell out of this. A little dash of Get Carter in there as well. I'm ready for more.

The 2nd episode was really short. Only 37 minutes. Probably a little less with credits taken out. But, it was still entertaining. I liked Dwight and the gang visiting the pot supplier and Dwight's calm and cool negotiating tactics. Dwight is a badass.
Anyone find Dom Lombardozzi's (Chickie) wig so distracting? It's just hilarious how fake it looks.
I was surprised that Stacey came back to see Dwight and spilled the beans on who she was.

I wouldn't be surprised if they fit that into the story somehow in an eventual episode (Dom's wig).
I also thought Dwight trying to get his driver's license was hilarious.

I laughed when he bribed the lady and there was a sudden opening. This is a perfect vehicle for Stallone.

Stallone is great in this. The show is really funny, but I liked the desillusioned Dwight, too. During Stacey's visit and the call to his daughter, the light mood of the character was gone in an instance.

Halfway through the first episode on the Paramount network.
So far it is not that bad though a lot more comedy than I expected.
