I sort of assumed one part is that ending would happen, but not the other. Damn crazy shit.

Wow at last episode of Part 1. Another great performance by Julia Garner, she will be nominated again for best supporting actress at the Emmy.

Just finished it. This is the first time watching a show where I hated every single character yet still love the series.
If this doesn’t end with everyone either dead or in the clink, it will be almost nonfiction.

Oddly enough, I think Omar Navarro was the most likeable of the bunch. Whatever ends up going down, I really hope Ruth and Marty patch things up. I've always liked their relationship.

Darlene was so great this season. I laughed out loud each time she did a certain thing. So over the top and naughty.
I wouldn’t mind a spin-off of this show surrounding Julia Garner’s Ruth character. She’s just awesome all the time.

Just finished this season last night and have to say Shiv and Beth can not hold a candle to the BSC that is Wendy, the main difference being that Wendy is a ninja with her abilities where Beth and Shiv claim to be badass Wendy is a badass... Great show can't wait to see how they wrap this up.

Really hope they stick the landing here. The Byrdes cannot get a happy ending. At least one has to die, hopefully Wendy.

I'm wondering about that as well. Yeah, Wendy needs to go, and right now I'm hoping their son gets a serious beat-down (though I suppose I shouldn't feel that way). Usually, with this kind of show, a more innocent party gets killed (the daughter, perhaps), and one or more get the "fate worse than death" ("The Shield"). At least one will probably get away with the money,or running a new business (the "Oh, the irony..") kind of end.

Anyone else feel that Javi is maybe just a touch too similar to Lalo Salamanca in Better Call Saul?

"20%... we'll give you 20%. or 25, I don't care - I need you out in 5 minutes"
Javi is much more impulsive and hot-headed... and he's not nearly as funny as Lalo.
Has no one learned not to piss off Darlene? She's fucking nuts, has a temper and is violent. You NEVER confront her to piss her off.

How is Javi supposed to run anything when he will just kill everyone. Marty and Wendy are quite important to running a part of the US operation and he just wants to kill them? Someone in Darlene's place needs more backup and a failsafe around that land.

Finally finished the season. Still strong as ever.
This show scare me
It just feels so real - mainly character reactions (like Marty not implicating himself by talking too much - other movies or TV shows would have the character say stupid stuff, or Javi just killing Darlene and Wyatt instead of giving a long-winded villain speech)
Looking forward to the final episodes.

How they talk on the phone feels quite real. It's not perfectly laid out which is how a lot of phone calls feel like.

I did not see that coming. Well, some of it, but that did not go down the way I expected.
My wife at the big moment in episode 7 - (HUGE gasp) "NOOOOOOOO!!!!"
That was a great half season. In almost every other season I'd get mad at the writing every now and then (smart people doing stupid things, things they wouldn't do in real life), but in this half season I had nothing to gripe about. That was pretty awesome.
