He is connected to ARGUS, which is a spy organization like SHIELD, so you could say he's the Nick Fury of the Arrowverse in a way.

But he doesn't run it. His wife does.

Well, if Diggle is in the next episode that confirms Kara exists in this one too. We already had Clark give reference to the crossover, so it makes you wonder why Morgan Edge is not focused on her as well as Clark? He would know about Argo City as well after infiltrating Clark’s fortress.

What’s shallow.
I didn’t say she’s a terrible person or actress.
We aren’t allowed to have an opinion on something that takes us out of a show?
whether it be one of the actors or plot points.
She is super skinny. Has odd looking eyes.
I wasn’t trying to be funny, was just making an observation.
Wasnt saying 3 out of 10 would not bang.
Takes me out of the show.
Don’t like the casting of that actress.

Melissa Benoist has already stated she's never donning the Supergirl costume again once her show ends. Superman & Lois may very well retcon her out of his background.

That is the one weakness with a shared universe. There are threats in each one show that they would call for help. I tend to not think about it that much.

Well it's too late, they already referenced the crossover, so er, uh. Ah fuck it- eventually this show is going the way of every other DC/CW show anyways.

Loving seeing a proper “Steel” in action this week to help erase memories of that Shaq abomination.
Also good to see Diggle again, weird how he’s suddenly popping up randomly to cameo on Arrowverse shows again as I’m not really sure where they’re going with his character. The “ring” teaser in the Arrow finale felt more like fan service than anything.

I felt like the last two episodes fell flat. They blew through way too much plot and felt like everything was tidied up with a neat bow.
The first part should have been the content we saw while Clark was struggling to retain his grip on humanity. It would have been really nice juxtaposed against him seeing what Kryptonian life would have been like.
Also, now clue what eye flash at the end was supposed to mean. Somebody else took over Edge’s body?

I feel like Edge's eyeflash implies he was still going forward with his Father's orders even with this setback...at least thats how i took it.

Edge’s father occupies his body now? Probably not.
I’m confused. Alternate worlds still exist or not? I thought the whole point of bringing them all together was to eliminate them- I haven’t been following other Arrowverse shows since the crossover so I have no idea what’s going on with that.

The Multiverse never went away. But some of the Arrowverse heroes don't know this yet.

If people haven't figured it out by now, the writers and producers are mostly winging it and playing everything by ear when it comes to the implications of Crisis. When they need guest stars, they'll handwave an explanation or something. Virtually no one left working on the Arrowverse shows outside of one or two producers has ever picked up a comic book in their life beyond looking for visual references. Those people are all mostly gone.

Still loving this show.
One little thing about the town, money, and the joke about robbing banks.
He is Superman! With x-ray vision, there is lost teasures, mines that you could even legally get gold from, or even so far down no one has claims to the gold or diamonds, etc... I don't get them not being rich if they wanted to be because there are a few ways Clark can legally get money. (They can even explain how they got it and do taxes etc....) Explaining why Superman gave gold to the town of Smallville? Not quite sure on that one, being friends with Lois and Clark?

I agree still enjoying things quite a lot. However, I will be honest - the break three off the momentum for me.
Also, it seemed like they wrapped up the Edge storyline and things were just dangling with nowhere to go. I think the story has been good. They could have just adjusted some of the scene breaks.
I will say they’ve done a great job of keeping things grounded, and avoiding cliches. I totally thought Jonathan was going to get sucked in by that girl and reveal something he shouldn’t. So great of him to recognize the situation and walk away.
Interestingly, Kyle has grown on me as a character. It would be interesting if he died/sacrificed himself at the end, or Superman isn’t fast enough to save him and somebody else. It would add a huge dynamic to the show for next season.
Next week is the finale - titled ‘Last Sons of Krypton’. I think the obvious reference is to Clark and Tal-Ro, but I suspect it’ll somehow be about Jordan and Jonathan.

The whole storyline about Clark having a brother totally ruins the whole point of the Superman mythos. Supergirl was a bit of a stretch, but now he truly isn't "The last son of Krypton". Kind of bugs me a little- once again you have to wonder how much the writers know about Superman.
