Reviews are very positive with a few saying it’s decent but only for performances from Keaton and Devers.

Wrapped this up and it was real good. Although the story telling structure was a little hard to follow at times, even though they usually say what year it was, I think that was the only way to go here.

Nice to see Rosario Dawson get a good role, and Kaitlyn Devers did a nice job.

Stuhlbarg was creepy as hell as the head Sackler guy. Will Poulter also top notch as the pharma sales rep.

Several other supporting players were also very good in this.

Keaton was terrific. This has probably one of the best all-around casts I’ve ever seen in a TV show.

highly recommended. Only 8 episodes.

I thought this might be a bit boring with courtroom stuff but the way they jump around makes it all work well.

My girlfriend and I watched the first episode on Sunday. Seems really good. Think we’re going to watch another later tonight. Keaton is in top form. I kind of thought it may be boring, but the first episode was pretty interesting.

Just finished this. Really good. But pretty bleak/depressing for most of it. But that's the reality.

Acting was great.

Surprised this isn't being talked about more even though it got some award recognition.

i just started bingeing this (up to ep. 6) and it is truly incredible. i stayed up past 1am last night to keep watching i was so hooked. Keaton is amazing and so glad he won the Golden Globe. not sure why this wasn't more of an Emmy fav, but oh well. incredible, real life story portrayed in such a way you'd hardly think anyone was acting. i haven't been this into a limited series since The Queen's Gambit. so highly recommended.

Because this premiered in October 2021. The Emmys ceremony was in September 2021. It is eligible for nomination this year.

I mentioned it previously, but a good supplement to this is the Netflix docuseries, The Pharmacist.

They have not only this but The Dropout, The Girl from Plainville, Handmaids Tale, The Great, Only Murders in the Building, Pam and Tommy, Under the Banner of Heaven. These are just the ones I've watched. Pound for pound, it's a great value. Quality at a good price, especially with the ads version. And I think the series I mentioned are all UHD.

So I watched five episodes last night. I was getting angry at Purdue Pharma and the Sackler family. Good thing I was able to calm down and fall asleep this morning.
