Sad. Lenny and Squiggy used to crack me up. More so than Laverne and Shirley.

He did a few episodes on Twin Peaks also. I've been aware of his battle with MS for quite a while.

There was an episode of Laverne and Shirley I saw a while back which still haunts me to this day. L&S go on a blind date and when they get back to their place the two guys chase them around their apartment to try and rape them. Lenny and Squiggy burst in (as they usually do), proceed to take the two guys outside and beat the shit out of them.
Yes, this was an actual episode.

And I thought, What, is that a very special Deliverance-inspired episode?

Pluto TV now has a channel where they just rotate Happy Days, Laverne and Shirley, and Mork and Mindy episodes.

Was hoping YouTube would have the SNL sketch "Quentin Tarantino's Welcome Back Kotter" from when John Travolta hosted.
Travolta played Barbarino of course (and it was frightening how easily he was able to slip back into the character just by adding the wig and denim jacket), Mike Myers was Mr. Kotter, Tim Meadows was Washington, Adam Sandler as Epstein, and David Spade as Horshak.
But then Lander came out with SNL cast member Michael McKean, reprising their Lenny and Squiggy roles.
The whole thing ended with yet another cameo, Steve Buscemi reprising his Mr. Pink role.

As-is the way the episode played out was shocking enough. I only saw it once in syndication like 5-10yrs ago, probably on MeTV and never saw it again. I could never figure out which episode it actually was.
