Expedition Unknown is my quarantine show. Before March, I never saw a single episode. Now I binged a whole bunch the last few months.
The episode that got me hooked when I was channel surfing was “The Secret Solved” episode (s7.e13). And yes, they find something at the end of the episode, so it’s not a letdown.

I watched one episode (the Dyatlov Pass fascinates me) ... the content was "OK" but the incessant "look at me!" overproduction and sensationalist editing was god awful.

I never watched Bourdain in any extensive manner but in my limited exposIre to the guy he always seemed to come off as pompous prick. I was genuinely surprised at the reaction his death received from around the country. There was certainly some great qualities about him that I was missing.
