I've walked on/around that field MANY times over my years. Used to spend a good bit of time in E Boston. That whole book hunt is super fascinating.

Josh Gates is a fine host
He kind of remains me of Josh Bernstein from History Channel "Digging for the Truth".




I watched one episode (the Dyatlov Pass fascinates me) ... the content was "OK" but the incessant "look at me!" overproduction and sensationalist editing was god awful.

I never watched Bourdain in any extensive manner but in my limited exposIre to the guy he always seemed to come off as pompous prick. I was genuinely surprised at the reaction his death received from around the country. There was certainly some great qualities about him that I was missing.
