Really enjoying this season. Glad Sousa is sticking around. I bet he'll die before the season's over though.

Might have been my favorite episode of the entire series.

And I don't know if it's the costuming or what, but all the S.H.I.E.L.D. women look especially gorgeous this season. Even more than usual.

Enoch is going to get so pissed he’s going to murder them all.

The preview for next week looked stellar! Cheesy 70s style cop show? I'm in!

I loved May's look when they heard Alice Cooper and realized they were in the 70s and not present day

Mei and Coulson were both alive during the 70s, let’s see if they meet their younger selves.

Ming could play the younger version of May.

Hard to believe she's pushing sixty.

Enver Gjokaj played a NYPD cop in The Avengers. Maybe before this season is over Sousa will be dropped off in NY in the 21st century and assume a new identity as Officer Saunders. That could be an in-universe explanation for Gjokaj appearing as 2 different characters in the MCU.

Everything about this episode was just perfect! They’re really knocking this last season out of the park.

Loved the opening credits!

Yeah, those opening credits were cool.
Loved Enoch showing up in the car.
It's hard to get used to May being so unlike May, but it's kinda fun seeing her take on others' emotions. Ming-Na Wen does a great job with it.
So..what is up with Simmons?

Loved the credits, didn't dig the episode as much as I liked the previous one. To be fair though, they set the bar awfully high with that one.

This should almost go in The Conners thread, but I didn't know that Clark Gregg was married to Jennifer Grey in real life. They just filed for divorce apparently.

Last week was boring. This week was astoundingly bad, but I guess that was the point of doing an episode in the style of a cheesy 80s action/sci-fi TV show. Deke's musical performance went on WAY too long. What a waste of an hour. And still no Fitz. Maybe he'll make his triumphant return in the series finale???

if the team can't control the time jumps, how were they able to reunite?

Yeah, they just over-did the "spoof" element until it veered into "stupid", and a plot with way to many moving parts to care about any of them.

Where is this show going? Does it even matter?

All I can say is it's almost over.

Yeah, that was disappointing since it had such potential. I did like the introduction to the Deke Squad in the bar. Phil Headroom and the 80s-style killer robots were good concepts but the execution of them was pretty awful.

The rest of the team jumped 20 months ahead, and then met up with Deke and Mac. Kind of like in Back to the Future when Einstein goes a minute into the future.

80s week a let down from 70s week. And still no Fritz (annoying my wife to no end - any RL reason why he was essentially written out?)

I loved the last episode. Obviously an homage to "Chopping Mall."

And apparently the director of Chopping Mall wasn't pleased...

I was kinda hoping for an 80s style opening credits, but I think American Horror Story '84 already set the bar as high as it can go for that.
