I still don’t understand how this is live on stage. Are the actors gonna be wearing masks? More than 6 ft apart? If Broadway is still closed, why would SNL be ok to film? And you can’t have big production people. And this type of show I figure you need good, many production people, especially the control room. How is any of this feasible or legal?

If everyone is checked and tested before they enter the building and they are within the capacity guidelines it isnt illegal. Broadway is a an event put on to make money from ticket sales. They can not put in a show a make profit when the crowd is at a limited capacity. They are completely different things.
