Great episode. I’m enjoying more of the lawyer stuff this season, rather than the Mike / Fring / Nacho storyline.

I think it’s because Chuck is gone and I always found him annoying.

Jimmy's an asshole for going through with the grift, but there was no way we weren't going to see that ad after all that set up.

And I don't quite get why he's going so hard after Howard.

All of the stuff between Jimmy and Kim is brilliant because we all know it's going to end in disaster.

For a guy who just got his law license suspended, Jimmy sure does take a lot of stupid risks. The stunt with the commercial would probably qualify as extortion or blackmail. And wouldn't that old bank commercial he was using fall under copyright?

And I'm wondering how the Lalo thing is going to play out. Nacho is either going to end up dead or whisked away in Ed's van. We know that Jimmy will eventually get further involved in the Lalo situation, so that's probably not going to end this season.

I think Jimmy is harassing Howard because he was insulted by the job offer, and it opened old wounds.

This show is just so consistently good. Presumably we only have about 14 episodes left in the series and I like that you can feel things starting to ratchet up gradually.

17 left. That last season is a little bit longer, 13 total. In the end BCS will have the same number of episodes as Breaking Bad.

Did they dub Rhea's voice in, for her younger self? If not, it was uncanny.

I was thinking it's either that, or just that we're finding Kim is more broken than we originally thought. I think that was kind of the point to the opening, showing there may be some residual effects to having a bad mother.

The crimes would pre-date the marriage, so I don't believe it would apply.

My cousin, a lawyer who doesn't watch this show, confirmed this. The action pre-dates the marriage.

I wrote some long text trying to explain the episode to him, just so I could get his lawyer answer. If I'm wrong, then I didn't explain the plot to him correctly.

Also, I forget the details, but on the Sopranos that was something one of the characters was hoping would help them, and they even rushed into a marriage proposal for it. But then later they found out it wouldn't really help them keep crimes a secret as much as they thought they would.
