I don’t remember TV show lines nearly as well as I do movie lines but one that sticks out to me was the great cliffhanger in a The Walking Dead:
Rick: “They’re fucking with the wrong people.”

Lots from Seinfeld:
”Not that there’s anything wrong with that.”
”Are you the master of your domain?”
”Yadayadayada”
”No soup for you!”
”They’re real, and they’re spectacular.”
”I don’t have a square to spare.”
”There was shrinkage!”

"Oh yeah, the jerk store called and they're running out of you."
"And you want to be my latex salesman."
"But I don't want to be a pirate!"
Friends:
"How you doin?"
"We were on a break!"
"Oh. My. God." - Janice
"Pivot!"
"Just so you know, it's not that common, it doesn't happen to every guy, and it is a big deal!"
"It's a moo point. It's like a cow's opinion. It doesn't matter, It's moo."

You can probably choose hundreds from the Simpsons but this is the one that I still use to annoy my Vegan/Vegetarian friends:
"You don't make friends with salad"

The world ends when you’re dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man… and give some back.

I remember bragging in school how great this series was. Man so many shocking nights. Especially the baby giving birth and sticking out the lizard tongue. I remember when Diana ate a rat and everyone in school was talking about it all day.

I might be misremembering, but from Family Ties, in the episode when Mallory gets a higher IQ score than Alex, Elyse says something like, "You're a nice boy, Alex", at which point Alex crumples onto the counter in distress.

"Oh! My nose!"
"Something suddenly came up"
"I am a little Sunflower; sunny, brave and true. From tiny bud to blosssom, I do good deeds for you."
"Marcia, Marcia, Marcia!"
"I did nothing wrong"
Yeah, I love the Brady Bunch.....

From STNG
Picard -- Make it so!
My favorite Data quote -- If you prick me, do I not leak.
Plus all the quotes from the original series:
Bones -- Dammit Jim, I'm a doctor, not a ...
Scotty -- I'm giving her all she's got, Captain.
So, so many more.

New Girl
Nick: "We are right where they want us, Jess. Just suckling on the teat of consumerism. That's the exact reason I got rid of my phone."
Winston: "You were denied a cell phone because you have the credit score of a homeless ghost."
Nick: "How I got here doesn't matter!"
Winston: "You weigh more than your credit score."
That "homeless ghost" part had me rolling for a good half-hour.
Another favorite is from an early episode of The Simpsons:
Marge: "Homer, we'd like to talk to you."
Homer: "But then I won't be watching TV. You can see the bind I'm in."
