I'm watching but I don't know if I'll stick with it. If anyone here knows some of the people from Bachelor Nation. Holly Allen dated Luke Pell. They were together while he was filming Winter Games and He dumped the Swedish girl on the reunion special.

Does anyone here have CBS All Access? I was thinking of giving it a try to keep up with Big Brother and Love Island this summer.

And that right there is reason number 1 why women's alliances never work. Like she even mentions that they never work before she sabotages it herself.

At this point, the minorities are going to get picked off.

Am I the only one who isn't feeling this season? I just don't feel connected with any of the contestants.

I usually check up on things at a BB-centric website, but I haven't been doing it this season so far. I'm not sure what the problem is. Perhaps its the focus on Jack, -who seems thoroughly unpleasant, -and the fact that there's no real challenge for power right now. I watched BB Canada earlier in the year and quite enjoyed it, even though it centered on an alliance that thoroughly demolished every threat to its dominance. Perhaps something will happen that will "flip the switch" for me.

Yeah, I'm not feeling it AT ALL. Total contrast from last season. I guess this show is just hit or miss. I could stop watching this season now and not give a shit.

re: Big Brother (CBS) -- Season 21 -- premieres 6/25/19

I think the casting is by design.

They stick three or four douchebros in there, then a some airheaded bikini girls, making about half of the cast.

The douchebros form a douchebro alliance. The aireheaded bikini girls attach themselves to the douchebros like remoras.

The douchebros win "physical" comps and hold onto power for a few weeks and run roughshod of the weirdos, wimps, and dweebs.

Then production interferes and starts handing out special powers to the rest of the house to tank the douchebro/bikini bimbo alliance if they're too unpopular with the viewers, or start spouting a bunch of racist shit, or whatever.

Jack has told some of the other houseguests that he has been given a warning by "Production" for the racist and increasingly vicious things he's said about Kemi and Jessica, which, of course, have gotten the attention of Social Media.

Aquaman's kind of a dick...

Wonder if they'll ignore it on the CBS show, or call him out on it like they did Aaryn on BB15.

I'm sure they're hoping that a warning will be enough; he's attempted to make peace with Kemi. However, people have been listening to see if he or Michie (his side-kick) have used the "N" word; he jury's out, though he did refer to Jessica as "Consuela".
By the way, now that we're a few years down the road, Aaryn is now (or at least was, the last time I checked) presenting herself as a "Mommy-Blogger" on you.tube.

re: Big Brother (CBS) -- Season 21 -- premieres 6/25/19

This bit from the feeds at Jokers made me :

(No Spoilers)

9:44 AM PT At 2:39-2:40am BBT - Christie/Kat/Analyse talking in boat room. They bring up camp comeback & Christie mentions Kemi's camp come back bathing suit. Christie says she will show them & goes to Kemi's drawer in the dark bedroom, grabs Kemi's
camp comeback bathing suit and comes back out towards the living room area where the light is still on and the girls are laughing and they continue to laugh as Christie holds it up showing it to them. They all run towards the bathroom laughing. Kat proceeds to go into the restroom to try on Kemi's bathing suit (without Kemi's permission). Christie then telling ANalyse the story of how Kemi showed her the outfit days ago including the boas on it. Kat then comes out in the swimming suit, dancing around in it. All 3 girls laughing. After a min or so, she goes back in and changes back out of it and comes back out joining the girls talking in Bathroom sitting area (am assuming Christie put it back later).

(Ed: Note that Kat doesn't wear underwear since she didn't bring any and tried the bathing suit without permission. Also, as of yesterday - all the girls that have been having sex in the house (ie Holly, Analyse etc) has been complaining about rashes on different parts of their body (Thus why BB was calling them in one by one into DR yesterday to talk to them about it/Plan B etc) -lambily4life

Analyse not knowing how to spell "Julie" was something else...

also gross at that bit. Ugh. I might skip out until they finish their quest to vote out all the minorities and start feeding on each other.

There was that moment after the nominations this week when they cut to each of the two nominees and then to each of the previous nominees (in their camp uniforms) and you got a real clear picture of what was going on.

It often comes down to frat boys/attractive people teaming up, but usually they do things to make it seem not so blatant. It doesn't help that most of the people on the chopping block have made colossal blunders.

I know it's probably the edit but I have no idea why Bella just spills the beans to everyone she can. It's like she can't stop talking, even if it incriminates her.

Wow, screw this season. Maybe I don't care if CBS comes back on DirecTV after all.

I don't even remember the last time there was a penalty vote given out (I think the last I remember someone was blatantly breaking the rules to protect the other person on the block with them). But apparently if you break the rules and aren't put up, you can get put up in a penalty nomination. Not that they would do that, seeing as how they aren't showing what he's really like anyway.

They have put someone up as a third nominee as a penalty, though I forget when.
Michie was apparently arrested on domestic violence charges in Tennessee last year and has discussed being on medication for mental health issues.

I thought that Michie's domestic abuse stuff had been debunked as fake.

Looking it up, it's hard to tell. It didn't come up the first time, - it was just listed as fact. Looking for a "Real or Fake" declaration I'm not getting anything conclusive either way. If I 'm spreading falsehoods, I apologize. For all I know he might be a real sweetheart once you get to know him.
