Last season was pretty intense, and I'm looking forward to see what's next. But I'll likely wait till all the episodes are available. Playing the week-to-week waiting game feels so old school now.

I've knocked out the first 3 episodes that were released. Good stuff as always. Really annoyed at Hulu's policy to release one episode a week going forward.

Gonna wait for it to show up on Amazon, which will likely be like 5 weeks behind as that was what it was before with Season 2.

I watch through the PC onto the bigscreen.... and Hulu gives an abysmal 64kbps 2ch AAC audio, while Amazon offers 640kbps 6ch E-AC3. So it's a massive difference in sound quality. I've heard Hulu offers better quality audio through certain devices, but I don't have them and never tried setting it up through my PS4.

I'll wait until S3 is over and just do what I'm doing now for S1-S2, get a month of CraveTV and watch everything HBO I need to watch. It's great stuff though, I have 3 episodes left on S2.

Finished this last night. The final two episodes had me nervous the whole time. I was certain everything was going to go sideways for June. Bring on Season 4.

Just caught up on this myself. I agree the final episode was pushing hard on plausibility but the show has done such a good job of keeping the mystery of Gilead and how it works we really have no idea how realistic anything that happens could be.

I too hope this is the last season we get without seeing the endgame in sight. We don't need another Walking Dead that overstays its welcome. This show needs to get to showing us how Gilead collapses and June is triumphant.

Altho given the recent comments by the show runner about segueing into Margaret Atwood's new sequel book, perhaps that resolution of the storyline was never a possibility. For myself, I don't think I would continue watching the show knowing that it will just continue on every season as 'tragedy-porn' showing life in Gilead getting progressively more miserable. I think most of us are watching hoping that at some point June is going to somehow win. Hopefully we get some glimpse of where things are headed next season.

Did anyone else get a major negative vibe when they started talking about Nick and his past and showing his in Chicago. Im starting to think he is going to turn out to be some evil bastard who has been playing June and using her to get info on her resistance efforts.

They were filming in town about a month ago. I didn't get the chance to see them, as it was during the day. I didn't hear who was on location.

Good to hear they're already renewed. Hopefully it won't be a huge gap between S4 and S5.

I like this show but it seems like a show that needs to move to an ending point. I think they will need to mix things up to keep it from just becoming sort of circular.

One of the things I hate about streaming shows is not being able to get any information on real viewership totals....Is anyone still watching this show?

I wonder how much of a drop off there will be given the production delays from COVID and sheer amount of other viewing options there are. Its a challenge even for the true fans to stay interested in shows like this when they take over a year to return. Just too long for people to remember the storyline from the previous season for continuity purposes without rewatching and who has time for that?

Worse than that, the writers have probably already lost most of the audience the past two seasons where basically nothing happens and June ends up right where she started.

I understand you want to find a way to drag this out to 7 seasons but if every season is like Season 4 who will be left watching. Unfortunately this trailer does not offer much hope for anything interesting in Season 5.

Season 4 was one of the only Hulu shows to top the Nielsen streaming charts and it remained in the top 10 for it's full season.

I'm looking forward to this... but like others have mentioned, it needs to pick an end date and really work to that. I do not care to see failed attempts or filler episodes just to drag out the dread.

Yeah it was filming in Port Colborne, my sister and her sister-in-law signed up to be extras and were accepted. Apparently they were playing American refugees at a train station. My sister said she had a couple scenes where she was walking right next to Elizabeth Moss, so she's hoping that those scenes don't get cut because you would definitely see her. I would have loved to try out too, but the shoots were long hours into late at night, and I had to work.

I thought they were shooting somewhere different, this time, but a friend posted a picture of her brother (also an extra), and it was at the Robin Hood plant, again. He was in full fatigues, and must've been roasting.

now writers...please do your damn job and come up with an interesting way to wrap this up that stays faithful to Atwood's characters but also advances and resolves the storylines in a way that makes sense and feels satisfying to viewers have invested six years...and yes I don't expect June to come out of this alive.
