I thought this was a pretty good episode and with all the shit I give Iris and Nora, they were actually really good today. Not a fan of Vibe losing his powers voluntarily, but I think the actor wanted off the show. Liked the easter egg with Dibny taking a new case for someone with the same maiden last name as his comic book wife Sue, teasing that we may get to see her next season. Next season is the Crisis, which of course could give us plenty of surprises by bringing Nora back, Vibe getting his powers back, plus guest appearances from Green Arrow's team, Supergirl's team, the Legends of Tomorrow, Wally, Firestorm, Batwoman, Tom Welling as Superman, Wesley Shipp as both Jay Garrick and 90's Barry Allen among others.

Well Nora hasn’t actually been born yet so no reason she can’t return.
I don’t ever need to see her again so I’m fine with her being gone.

Is that it for the Cisco actor?

Tom Welling?

We will never see him on this show as Superman.

You would have to be crazy to give up such powers.............he still has his "power" to make basically anything the team needs tech wise.

The last episode they have a plan to send the bomb to an uninhabited earth with a portal but the bomb would go off if they moved it, there was like 20 times this episode they could have sent the knife or Cicada there and the season arc would be over and Reverse Flash wouldn't get out.

Well, they kinda already shown him once back when Flash was traveling in the speed force through different Earths. Welling is schedule to appear on the final season of Arrow too

I don't remember seeing Welling when Flash went back. I remember Supergirl and the 90s Flash. I haven't seen that episode in awhile but I'd think I'd remember seeing Welling.

Norah was cute but dumb as a bag of hammers. Like father, like daughter.

I'll miss Sherloque. I wonder if we'll get another 'good' Harrison Wells doppelganger, or just Thawne on the loose next season.

I've never read the Crisis on Infinite Earths stories, so I don't really know what to expect, but I'm looking forward to it!

Did they ever explain how Reverse Flash was alive in the future and looking like Wells again?

For some reason I thought that I had seen Tom Welling in one of the "bubbles" but I was mistaken.

So if they saved young She-cada, the timeline would have been altered so Cisco would have never come up with "the Cure" to save all the metas threatened by Cicada, right? So no sure should exist at that point for him to take to remove his own powers. Time travel.

So Killer Frost gets a costume next season? Nice.

Good to have Reverse Flash back but why was he vibrating in the future in front of Team Flash? Everyone knows who he is. Cool scene, btw.

Ralph & Sherloq really came a long way this season.

I kept trying not tothink about why RF looked like Wells when it was just a disguise to begin with. Actually I try not to think about anything too hard with this show because it gives me a headache. The time parodoxes in this episode were maddening.

to paraphrase Barry whenever something like this comes up: "something something speed force"

This season was a real mixed bag for me. Most of it was instantly forgettable and the Iris character (and actress) was unbearable. Great stuff with Ralph and Sherloque though. Not sure if I care to come back next season and that’s a shame. I just don’t want the show to end up like Arrow, where I end up disliking even the seasons I previously liked because i stayed around long after the quality started to dip.

Honestly, a nice finale that tied everything together far better than I expected. It is episodes like this why Flash remains consistently better than the remaining DC shows on the CW. I was surprised how they wrote Nora off the show, I'm guessing she doesn't come back unless it's for one-episode guest shots.

The show will look much differently next season.

What, you're not expecting the inevitable "What became of the girl of speed?" one off episode after the Crisis crossover?

Yeah, I got lost here as well ... what happened to Reverse Flash at the end of his prior visit?

In the comic books, I believe that Reverse Flash lives outside timelines and that's how he keeps cheating death

Does it explain why he looks like someone else? Is it some kinky future roleplay or something?

I gave up on Legends long ago, but but isn't RF a different actor on there? Is he supposed to be the real RF?

Or he can create so many time remnants it's hard to know which one isn't.

I don't really keep track of these stuff, but based on one person's memory, another Reverse Flash (with Well's face) showed up with the invaders during the Earth X crossover event. At the end Barry elected to spare his life rather than killing him, and RF just ran off.

Everybody and their mother knows that the real reason RF has Well's face is because this saves them money on another actor. No explanation was ever offered on how Revers Flash ended up in prison in the future, so it is what it is.

I don't think so, but they did tease Crisis on the end with an interesting future newspaper headline and date.

Matt Letscher has played Eobard Thawne on both FLASH and LEGENDS.
He killed Harrison Wells and then with a device he changed his face and body features, into Tom Cavanagh who pretended to be Harrison Wells.

I think it would be cool if both actors played the Reverse Flash in the same episode at the same time.
