Apparently episode 12 is airing next week as episode 9. Looks like they're airing episodes out of production order, but this doesn't mean the storylines will be all whacked. Some shows film storylines out of production order. |

Penguin, Riddler and Mr. Scarface should be greenlit as a half-hour comedy spinoff. rotfl

I never thought we'd get the Ventriloquist in live action. That actor could have been a little better at disguising throwing his voice. I was surprised they just didn't dub Scarface's voice.

The character is not a professional ventriloquist, so it would make sense that you could see him move his lips.
It would not be realistic for someone who experienced trauma to suddenly develop ventriloquism skills that require years of practice. Spoiler:
