Are you referring to the sketch where Kenan was talking about the gay porn site he worked for? I noticed the cue cards too, but in the re-airing (I'm on the west coast) they were gone. Don't know if they refilmed it or just cut out those scenes.

I wonder if they used the dress rehearsal version. I know they record every dress rehearsal and they have sometimes released those takes in clips.

Maybe SNL is taking it easy in 2019 and waiting until the 2020 election where they will have more than enough material to spoof.

I thought the last two sketches were actually the strongest of the episode. The sitting on cakes sketch was great! I agree that the women of Congress had a strong intro, but it quickly fizzled.

She's not funny at all, but she is gorgeous and a talented singer. I thought she was British for some reason. Turns out she's from NJ. Same difference.

Did they darken his skin though? I can't remember.

Yes - https://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/...s_n_91456.html

They did it for when he plays Prince too.

Nasim also wore darkener when she played Aziz Ansari for the audition tape for 50 Shades.

Not related to SNL but Fisher Stevens as the Indian guy in Short Circuit probably would not work today.
