Well done final...thanks to the Network for tying everything up for us and giving us what we wanted.

Forgot about Jiya's visions... it's disappointing the finale didn't deal with them.

I was wondering about that as well.

It was a good ending to the show. Happy it didn't end with no proper ending, a fate that happens to most sci-fi shows I like.

I also really like the cover of the song "Time after Time" that they played.

Wyatt never found her. She never came to the bunker. What's her name was never stranded in Chinatown for three years. They never went to Chinatown and Rufus never got killed.
Only Lucy, Wyatt and whats her name remember any of it because they were travelling when the reset happened.
Rufus, Conner and Agent Christopher have no memory of season 2.
The Chinatown mission never happened and Rufus travelled with them to the gold rush in the reset timeline.
Yes thats what happened ove rthe course of the "timeline" of history but to them it happened immediatley so in a sense Rufus just "appeared" at that moment.

Yes. To them he just appeared. They have no memory of Rufus coming on the mission with them.

I looked up Time After Time'' by Joseph William Morgan once the episode was done. Love this version.

Anyone figure out why Lucy has no idea who Han and Leia are when Rufus dropped their names in North Korea? Was her knowledge of Star Wars erased during her time travels or had she simply never seen the movies or heard anything about them? Why would her memory of them get wiped out?

I'm certain that within the context of the show, it was just supposed to be a joke that Lucy does not know nerd references.

But, in all seriousness, if you are an American under the age of 60, and you don't get basic Star Wars references, then you are essentially a brain-damaged individual.

It’s plausible - I’ve met people who haven’t seen any Star Wars films before.

Regardless of whether someone has actually avoided seeing any one of the ten biggest box office hits of the past 40 years, Star Wars has been too pervasive in American popular culture to be ignored.

Saw this again before I erase it. Spent just a little too much time at the end wrapping up and putting the bow on it. However it was a good episode and was glad to get some sort of finale.

I am not sure If anyone has answered this question or not, but I noticed that the Season 2 dvd only goes to the Chinatown episode. Does anyone know if they plan to have these last two episodes put on a DVD?

thank you!

If it were a more popular show I imagine they would have a complete series set at some point. Hopefully they'll put out a standalone series finale ala Friends.

I’d really like an HD version, not to mention box set

Re: Timeless -- Series Finale -- "The Miracle of Christmas, Part I & II" -- 12/20/18

It's too bad this show couldn't have gone on for 4-5 seasons. But glad it got an ending. It was also cool that the ending had everything come into full circle including Lucy going back and getting everything started with Garcia Flynn.

Shame she couldn't save her sister, but that was the price they paid.

If the show was more popular like The Blacklist, it probably would have gotten a BD set. But, unfortunately it wasn't, hence the DVDs. Not sure if Sony will put out the finale as a disc or not. But, it's not impossible. When CSI ended a few years ago, Paramount put out the final 2 hour movie as a DVD set with extras. So never say never.

I could see someone like Mill Creek putting out a complete series release on Blu-ray. They have a relationship with Sony television. But the show's paltry fan base might be too small to justify a physical release.

If they had the complete series cheap I'd like to revisit but nothing I need to own.

If they would put the complete series on Blu-ray, I'd buy it in a heartbeat. Not gonna settle for SD.

I’m rewatching this series and it’s just as fun as it was the first time.

Wish there were a lot more seasons...
