Various providers are having free HBO & Cinemax through 11/25/18. Not all providers listed, so you may have to check on your own. I'm on Xfinity and have to access the previews through On Demand.

If you need some Cinemax series ideas,

DVR the new 5th season of Strike Back. Starts out a little rough getting used to the new cast, but it's a solid season overall.

I also recommend Rellik. A pretty cool serial killer thriller.

I don't know if free previews allow you to download these on demand because they're not airing right now.

(DirecTV) In the past I was able to onDemand shows during free previews, but the last few years or so it doesn't seem to work.

Same deal here. Used to have access to on demand, but I just checked and that's not the case, at least with my provider.

Got like 20 movies recording during this preview, also a season of Strike Back.

Can't recommend Strike Back enough. The new series and the older one with (Stapleton/Winchester).
