I appreciate that they gave Nora a believable reason for being so cold to Iris. I was actually kind of surprised how well done that was. And I'm so glad Barry stood by Iris. I was thinking they might have him half-ass it to create more artificial drama, but he actually acted like a good husband (and father)!

Yes, but Barry sees the world in slow motion, so even if he used normal speed he's still ahead of everyone else.

So if my Nvidia GPU gets meta-teched does that mean I will have the best videogames ever?

No, he doesn't. If he saw the world in slow motion, he'd go insane. Or become a huge prick like Quicksilver.

I think the meta-tech is a bit like a monkey's paw! It probably won't work out well for you unless you have evil intentions.

He doesnt see in slow motion but you're wrong in saying that if he was in speed mode that it wouldnt help him catch a ball.

Have you ever watched this show before he does this all the time.

In speed mode it looks essentially as if the ball or any object isnt moving, it's just floating there and he can just put it in his hand.

Makes it easy to catch anything one can hold in a hand.

He could still drop it.

I can buy that Barry is truly not great at softball and doesn't want to use his meta abilities to change that in game play.

I found it rather odd that Cicada has a piece of shrapnel in his chest and apparently never bothered to have it surgically removed.

To be fair, we don't actually know what the story there is yet.
