Good ep. Sorry to see that chick go. I'm really feeling anxious to see Lightning do her thing and it seems the writers are just giving small doses of her. lol

To me it looked like he flipped the car intentionally.

I agree that it looks like Gambi flipped the car intentionally and it looks like he has the same car Sam Jackson has in the Marvel movies. Hopefully Gambi is still alive.

Yeah he flipped it. I picture Gambi in a bunker-like secret 1 man compartment actually in the wreck with monitors, water, weapons, and MRE's waiting to come out.

I'm really god dam wanting for Lightning to get into the hero game. They are dragging her story way out and I hope there is a major payoff for waiting

The car got to 9% integrity and he flipped it. You know Gambi has some sort of personal cloak or something and jumped out right before he blew up the car.

Yeah I don't buy for a second that Gambi is dead. The way that whole sequence was set up, it's obvious he had some kind of escape plan.

What the hell?

That whole storyline is so weird and out of place for the show. Why did they introduce it?

Well, at least we were all correct: Gambi is very much alive.

Good Ep. I actually hope to see more of "Looker". No way they don't weaponize her.
Loooved Jen using her powers!!! The relationship between her and Khalil is tragic but genuine.

Disappointing use of LOOKER. Way too different from her comic book counterpart.
Wonder what Mike W Barr the Creator of LOOKER thinks about the misuse of his character.

So that's why I didn't know who she was. Her character came long after I stopped reading comic books. W/out that prior knowledge I was able to accept her character as presented on the show.

Khalil isn't a murderer? I'm sure all those people he killed would disagree.

He is, but the person who WAS Khalil and who is clearly still there trying to come back is not.

By my memory heís got two deaths to his name. Black Lightning (who he was trying to kill) and one of Tobiasís drug dealers (who he was trying to scare.) Those kids at the school were tranquilized. I could be missing some though.

Need more than one? He's definitely assaulted quite a few people- it's kind of difficult to see him as a sympathetic character after he's caused so much harm. Knowing the show he's bound to have a tragic end, probably saving Jennifer or someone else's life.

Clearly you can't see that he realizes his fucked up mental state fueled by anger was wrong and that Tobias' hold on him is fucked up. Jen's influence is making him try to do better. THAT is the only way a woman can change a man BTW... He doesn't want to be this bad person. Did you even pay attention to the shit that's been going on with him over the past few eps? I'm sure he'd take it all back if he could...
