Just read this will deal with school shootings. Oh jeez, this is going to be crazy.

“Who shot up the school? Was it you?” rotfl

Butters as the hall monitor with a machine gun.

I couldn't quite place the Cartman angle but then the music and the jacket hit me: Jessica Jones.

Pretty weak overall.

The stuff about everyone being unbothered by the school shootings was topical, but a bit understated for SP. The Cartman/Token/Black Panther subplot didn’t land at all. The Sharon-Randy stuff felt out of place.

I thought it was pretty good. The school shooting stuff was spot on and while the PMS jokes were a dumb a Randy story always finds a way to be funny. The Black Panther stuff was mostly miss but still had it's moments.

Weak premier overall, but Randy's always great, so his presence makes me give it a pass.

THANK YOU! I was like "Where do I know this theme music from?" but I've watched about 4 whole seasons of other Netflix shows over the summer so forgot all about Jessica Jones.

Overall super weak. All those school shootings and nothing about Kenny getting killed? And I'm already over the dumb #cancelsouthpark thing. Do better, boys. If next week isn't a thorough dredging through the whole Kavanaugh circus, I will be sorely disappointed. Also didn't they leave things on a big cliffhanger last season with Trump blowing up Canada?

I've moved past South Park after the last 2-3 seasons. I can't think of a real classic episode in several seasons. If the opening act doesn't look funny, I quit watching the episode.

Horrible episode, IMO.

The "kids dying and nobody cares" angle was plenty enough to get me through this episode. Butters policing with a machine gun. Randy playing charades. Loved it.

Didn't get much out of the Cartman-Token stuff.

Holy shit this episode ranks up there as an all time classic. The cumby machine and the cumboni rotfl

It looks like they've handed the reins to Randy, so to speak, to carry this series.

Great episode. I loved the "kid call". "I Love Jee-sus; I love Jee-sus"

“It’s an 8 year old’s birthday party. Of course it’s cum”. The cum cleaning crew.

Happy to see them abandon politics for at least a few episodes.

Wasn’t Stan shot? I wonder if they’ll go back to Trump and his war on Canada. Maybe they will just move on from it.

I had forgotten about that. His arm was in a sling and I couldn’t figure out why.

If so, a smart move IMO. He is always gold.

The #cancelsouthpark thing might actually work... this season is weak sauce. Topical for sure but not funny in the least.

I thought this week's episode was hilarious. There were plenty of laughs, including classic Randy moments from the way he says "Shelley!" (which cracks me up for some reason) to picking up and dropping accents as the mood fits to mowing through the vapers hanging out at Big Vape. "We've been working this land for over 4 days!" Great Cartman/Butters vape business B plot as well, with the constant diverting of Kyle from blowing up their spot to trying to frame the vape dealer with a dead hooker. And last but not least, the Spin Doctors 'Two Princes' hitting every time someone wore the stupid hemp ear flap beanie.

after a sort of lackluster episode last week, this was back on track. loved it. cartman punching butters, towlie being the pot inspector, the spin doctor song with the hat, the dead hooker and beating up the drug dealer, Randy beating up all the vapers.

In my opinion, this could be the best episode of South Park ever. I laughed so hard.

No new episode last Wednesday. I need my fix.

I know they finish these a day or two ahead of time. So do they just miss the deadline? Or are these planned weeks off?

Planned... After Ep 4 and again after Ep 7.

Last week's was one of the best since the early seasons...
