They could be canon if we get the multiverse

Episode length FYI for the upcoming shows. I think it's already been known, but the 1st 2 episodes of Wandavision are 30 minutes each.

I like that these are relatively short seasons.
The Neflix shows would've been much better had the seasons been tighter instead of dragged out to 13 hour long episodes.

Now with Disney and Feige overseeing these, they can do what they want creatively to what works best for the story.

I wonder if they aren't moving in this direction with the "multiverse," where basically anything "Marvel" is now canon with the MCU, and they can pull in some characters and concepts and ignore others from the previous non-MCU films, like Sony's Spider-Man films, Fox's X-Men and Fantastic Four films, the Netflix series, Agents of SHIELD, and anything else.
They might have already started this with the inclusion of J. K. Simmons' J. Jonah Jameson in Spider-Man: Far From Home, and we might be seeing a lot more of this in the near future.
I'm still not sold on the concept, though it will be interesting to see how they do it, and if they can pull it off without collapsing the whole thing. It seems like picking and choosing established things from other non-MCU films and series could get really sticky.
It also sounds perilously close to the direction DC is taking with their cinematic "universe" (such as it is) where they're taking some things forward (Wonder Woman, Harley Quinn, Aquaman) while ignoring others (Affleck's Batman, Leto's Joker, Justice League).

They need to give Korg a talk show.

While I do think there needs to some consistency, it's also my opinion that fans need to ease up on canon. Star Trek, Star Wars, Marvel... shouldn't have to stick to everything, just because of some fans being religiously fanatic. I'm pretty sure most filmmakers just don't care or even know about the events of most of the canon.
I didn't need Days of Future Past to explain the timeline of the X-Men movies and explain the inconsistencys of the two versions. That being said, I would like to see more of the Netflix Punisher, any Punisher for that matter.
I liked the 2 of the 3 movies and the Show, the movie with Dolph Lundgren was entertaining but not really the Punisher.

May Calamawy, who is perhaps best known for her work in Hulu's Ramy, has nabbed a key role in Moon Knight, Marvel Studios’ series for Disney+.
Oscar Isaac is toplining the show featuring one of Marvel’s cult characters and that is aiming for a March production start in Budapest.
Mohamed Diab, the Egyptian helmer behind Middle Eastern drama Clash, and Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead, indie genre filmmaking team behind sci-fi horror movies The Endless and Synchronic, are directing the show.

I enjoy seeing every last good actor and actress ending up in the MCU.
I wonder if anyone has turned down a call to be part of the MCU.

Hawke was up for Doctor Strange, and like Joaquin Phoenix, who was the front runner, didn’t want to commit.
There was an article out recently with Amanda Seyfried, who passed on Gamora because she thought it would bomb and didn’t think people would want to see a movie with a talking raccoon and a tree. Olivia Wilde passed on that part too.
Jensen Ackles passed on Hawkeye because of his TV show.
Hell, Tom Cruise was supposed to be Iron Man way back when.

Isn’t there a rumor floating around about Tom Cruise possibly playing Tony/Iron Man in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness? I don’t expect anything beyond a cameo, but it would be interesting to see him in the role, even if only briefly.

If fan art qualifies as a rumor then... sure...

Wasn't Tom Cruise being looked at for Peter Parker in Cannon's 1980s Spiderman film?

Ryan Coogler signed a 5 year overall deal with Disney. He will develop a drama series set in Wakanda.

Wonder if this is in addition to another movie or replacing another movie while they figure out how to handle Black Panther following Chadwick Boseman’s death.

In some ways that feels a bit silly to me. This seems like an opportunity to continue things in Wakanda, but also kind of working around having to use Black Panther due to Chadwick’s death. They could come up with excuses for where he is. I suppose at the same time though you can only do that for so long without showing him.

That looks pretty awesome. The Super Bowl only aired a quick 30 second spot teasing the trailer. A 30 second spot is $5.6M.
