Ok, the bathroom episode was offensive and hilarious. Loved it!
Next week’s title indicates a clip show. I really hope it’s not a clip show and the writers do something surprising with it. I HATE clip shows. It’s lazy writing.

I love this show so much. I know the seasons are short. But we are on season 13 and it still makes me feel so good watching it.

They did a pilot. Then as a joke, they made episode 2 a clip show of scenes from the pilot. But the joke ended up being on them because ABC ran episode 2 first, and the audience didn't know what the hell was going on. Even better, the show got cancelled before the first episode ever ran.
But yes, it HAS to be a joke. When you can watch any Sunny episode whenever you feel like, clip shows are useless.

Not sure, but it looked to me like they were going to do new takes on old shows using clips but showing that their memories suck.

Nothing will ever top Clerks: The Animated Series as far as clip shows go.

Love them all singing the Pina Colada song....... It is one of those annoying songs that is so catchy, it's sticks in your head forever!
Overall great season so far, as the only misfire was the Female Wade Boggs Airplane episode.

Clip shows are such a throwback that I think this is the first time I've ever seen one where a show that's currently shot in HD used clips from back when it was filmed in SD.
As for the content, it didn't do much for me. The Seinfeld bit got a chuckle - I loved how Mac and Dennis were both Jerry - but the rest didn't do much for me. So far this season is getting a yawn, especially compared to the brilliance of last season.

The clip show episode started off weak, but I did like the alternate reality bits. So by the end of the episode, I did enjoy it.

I assume you're talking about the scene where Santa asks if Charlie is "retarded" and that's bleeped out but Charlie saying "fuck" isn't. That caught me off guard too.
I think they took the actual clip show part of the episode too far and should have focused more on the whole alternate realities bit. I liked it overall though because the scenes they clipped were still hilarious.

Haha. I just came here to post about them bleeping Santa but not Charlie. Maybe it can be interpreted as one of the characters unwilling to say retarded.
Loved the last few moments with Charlie 2 popping in.
