Father. Humanitarian. Friend. Paul Walker's was a life fully lived, and his legacy of kindness and compassion continues to inspire others. I Am Paul Walker premieres August 11th at 9/8c on Paramount Network.

The original documentary series "I Am" is an inside look at the lives of extraordinary individuals as told by the people who knew them best.

The trailer alone teared me up a bit. I don't know if I'll watch the whole thing. I was a big fan of Walker, mostly due to his care and support of animals.

Watched it tonight. Pretty good. Seems like he was a really good dude in real life and didn't have any of that Hollywood baggage.

It is kinda odd though that for someone so loved, Tyrese is the only actor that showed up in the doc. Also kinda weird keeping his dig (at Hollywood? Producers? Vin?) in there. Something about certain people actively trying to keep him out of the F&F franchise. I mean it was a setup to show how Walker stood by Tyrese and fought for him, but still seemed out of place.

If the girl's parents had a problem they should have reported it. Movie star or not if my 16 year old is starting to spend an unusual amount of time with a 30 year old guy I would not be quiet about it.

Ahh, first I've heard of that. If that's true he would probably been caught up in the #MeToo movement if he were still alive.

Really solid documentary. I liked that it was told mostly from the family's perspective. It was bittersweet hearing from his Mom, Dad, brothers and sister. I guess Paul and Tyrese were really close since he was the only costar interviewed.

I'm sure they were... but he probably did it to get paid. He needs the paycheck.
