That was some bizarre fucked up shit right there, I loved it. Plus there was some great Mulder/Scully moments too.

Some interesting moments but the attempt at comedy and the over the top religious tone really tanked the whole episode. Should have kept it darker.

Again, this season has also ended up with a mix of episodes like this one that seem like classic X-files, along with some duds, along with some mythology episodes that have proven that story arc has run itself into the ground through bad writing and no real long term plan in mind by the series creator.
I was a little shocked at how gory this was allowed to be on broadcast network TV. It seemed like something more like what you'd see on a cable TV show.
Enjoyed the episode even though it fizzled out at the end.
Good jokey line about Mulder just noticing Scully's haircut which changed two episodes back.
Not expecting any miracles but hopefully Chris Carter won't screw up the conclusion of what is (likely?) the series finale next week.

This was an especially strange episode, but I liked it OK. Anyway, sounds like they're getting married?

Very strange episode. The glasses and haircut exchange between Mulder and Scully was cute.
The little macabre blood rituals were kind of creepy. Could have been a compelling darker one had they not tried some comedy in it.
I know everyone here is looking forward to "My Struggle IV" this Wednesday as the potential "Series Finale"
