It's good enough for now, I'll stick with it through the season. If it doesn't get better, I'm probably out for a second season (if there is one).

Renewed for a 2nd season today: http://deadline.com/2018/03/seal-tea...bs-1202354426/
I'm several weeks behind on this. Will probably have to catch up in the summer on CBS All-Access.

Reminds me alot of the Unit, which was about Delta Force. This show seems to be moving away from showing the families of the Seal team members as much as the unit did. I like the actors and think its still entertaining. Will keep watching it.

How is this season? Season 1 was kind of blah and I was only in it because of Angel. I've still got several first season episodes on the DVR. Is it worth continuing?

This switched over to Paramount+ this past episode.
It was jarring to hear the fucks and shits in the show.

I watched on Paramount + and didn't even NOTICE swearing.
I guess I'm just immune to it from all the non-network series I watch.

Lame what are they going to show on CBS now?
Repeats of old NCIS shows?

EDIT from my prior post: This was my mistake...I had only watched four, not realizing they dropped Episode 5 on Paramount + the same day Episode 4 aired on CBS. I'm definitely noticing the f-bombs now and, honestly, think the series is better because of it, as it adds just a bit more realism to it.

Interesting to see Mandy back. Weird to being her back like that and then be like, bye!
Maybe this opens up for her to return in some more capacity.

The Season 5 ending was pretty crazy - especially considering there's not yet word on if CBS is renewing this or not. I know the actor that plays Clay (Max Thieriot) is doing another series for CBS this fall - I'm not sure if that's because they hinted to him they wouldn't be picking Seal Team up for Season 6 or if they'll let him do double duty on two shows (considering this one is only producing 14 a season now that it's on Paramount +)

Renewed for a 6th season
I watched 1/2 of the 1st season and it just fell off my viewing schedule. But I am interested in getting back into it. Is the new Paramount + version of the show aside from the fouler language more darker, violent and R-rated? Or is the action sequences about the same as the CBS version?

I would say the violence is slightly more bloody, but not significantly so.

I don't think it's much more violent...other than a handful of f-bombs every episode, it seems like the same series to me.

Ep1 of S6 is up. Jesus. Disgusting shit with Clay's leg. I guess that is how they basically get him off the show to do the other show. I assume all of his other appearances will be home rehabbing his injury.

I think he's pulling double-duty on both shows, at least for this year. Of course, if FIRE COUNTRY is a hit and Paramount renews SEAL TEAM again, he now has an "out" so he can just pop up every now and again. I really was surprised it got renewed for Season 6 and would be shocked it if continues to Season 7 - but who knows?!

Been catching up on this show during the holiday. Season 5 and what I've seen of 6 so far have been great. Is there any word yet if there may be a season 7?
