Stranger Things
Mr Mercedes
Westworld
True Detective
The first two because they're on streaming services, Westworld because I don't have HBO. That leaves True Detective. I have season 1 sitting here unwatched.

Re: Best shows you're not watching?
Yes, believe it or not, I don't have the time to sit on my couch and watch/stream everything I want to:
Most of my want to watch is from streaming. Simply too much. I have to really pick and choose what to make priority for. I usually watch the easier to digest escapism shows 1st over deep, dark shows that require lots of attention. Ex: I prioritized the Marvel shows on Netflix over others.
It seems like Netflix releases a new original show 3-4 times per month during peak periods. Original streaming shows are really hard to keep up with in the Fall and Spring. I barely finished Stranger Things season 1 a month or so ago.
I suspect Star Trek: Discovery will be on this list for many by the new year since most here want to see it, but don't have access to it.
Hulu:
Shut Eye
The Handmaiden's Tale
The Path
11.22.63 (saw the Pilot)
Chance (I've only seen the 1st 4 episodes)
Amazon:
Goliath
The Man in the High Castle
Mozart in the Jungle
Catastrophe
Sneaky Pete
Hand of God (saw the Pilot)
Netflix:
House of Cards: Only saw the 1st season
The Crown
Narcos
Glow
Ozark
13 Reasons Why
Black Mirror (saw a handful of episodes)
The OA
Bloodline
The Fall
Orange is the new black
The Get Down (now cancelled)
Marco Polo (now cancelled)
CBS All-Access:
The Good Fight (only had time to see Pilot)
TV:
Atlanta
Life in Pieces
Mom
The Expanse (saw the Pilot, but need to re-watch)
Power (did see the 1st season)
The Magicians (about 3/4 done with 1st season)
Outlander (halfway through 1st season)
The Affair (only saw a handful of episodes from season 1)
The Girlfriend Experience (only saw a few episodes)
black-ish - have heard rave reviews about it. I know it's all on Hulu.

Mr. Mercedes is not a streaming show. It's an Audience Network show, which only DirecTV and AT&T U-Verse subscribers get. If you have a different provider (which obviously you do), you're out of luck until it's released on media.

Re: Best shows you're not watching?
Hulu originals since I don't have Hulu but am considering it since I recently checked out their stuff and there's a bunch I'd like to watch
Other shows:
Black Mirror
Animal Kingdom
Shooter
Queen of the South
Big Little Lies
The Man in the High Castle
Ozark
The OA
Goliath
The Expanse
Sneaky Pete
Transparent
Red Oaks
There's a bunch of shows on Netflix/Amazon I've watched, just not up to date with (mainly just one season behind):
House of Cards
Orange is the New Black
Bloodline
Narcos
Bosch
Peaky Blinders
Kimmy Schmidt
Wentworth
I kind of like knowing I have another season ready to go if I feel like it.
Also, there's a bunch of foreign shows on Netflix that look pretty interesting that I've been meaning to check out.

How would I know they're great if I'm not watching them?
