Very late premiere and unfortunately it's airing at the same time as Game of Thrones for 2 weeks.

Yeah this is a good summer show. Not sure why the premiere was so late this year.

Didn't it have to with Dane going to rehab?

No. S4 was already shot. They shot S4 and S5 b2b, so he took his break during S5.

Watched the first episode, will save the second one for Monday night.

Still badass! Good plot so far. Good to see all these characters again.

So, apparently a strange Beard Virus is sweeping the world now.

Watched the first hour tonight.

 at the beards on all the key male cast members.

It was good to have all the members of the Nathan James back.

That suicide bombing from the kid was pretty wild including all the deaths that followed it.

Those are some nasty beards!

Finished second hour.
Loving this show. Action packed - the writers know what the viewers want.

First time I've seen this Sibylla Deen actress (the sister), and wow, that's totally the "type/look" of women I like.

I'm liking these parallel plots and excited to see how they merge later on.

I remember her from Tyrant.

...and, of course, TV's "Johnny Mundo".

Good start, though I'm surprised the Greek thing is continuing. I thought it was going to be the Action Movie Sequel thing of the small case the hero is in the middle of (and has to quickly wrap up) before he rejoins the next challenge.

I think it's all part of the same plot.

Good action in the 2nd episode.

I  at Fight Club with Tom Chandler.

I remember Sibylla Deen from Tyrant. Didn't realize that she's Australian.

I don't mind this 2nd plot with Tom and the Greeks, but I want him back on the Nathan James.

Chandler looks like a California surfer/beach bum with the longer hair and facial hair. It does fit his "Hercules" moniker perfectly.

Pretty good third episode. Glad to see the storylines merge quickly.

Still mesmerized by Sibylla Deen. Gotta respect a woman who can negotiate a deal.

The producers have said that this season is patterned after "The Odyssey" and will evoke some of the touchstone characters and situations. The "Prison Break" re-boot also was influenced by "The Odyssey".

Just finished episode 3 was from last week.

Pretty good. Lots of action in the final moments. Glad to see the storylines merge and Chandler back with the Nathan James crew.

 at Chandler being called..."Hercules"

damn, Slattery got knifed pretty good by Lucia.

I'm caught up and I'm loving the plot and the action too. Great setting too, as I don't encounter many shows that take place in that part of the world.

I liked that missile they used to decoy the other ship. I looked it up and it's a real thing, developed by the Australian Navy. Cool shit.

OK, they've got the seeds and should just hightail it back to the states ... season done. Unfortunately waiting for the head-scratching reason that compels them to stick around ...

I don't think they have the fuel to get back to the US.
