Something we joked about in last week's thread might actually happen tonight. Hardly a critical spoiler but a spoiler nonetheless:

I wonder if Dany and Jon are discussing their lack of on screen chemistry?
Last week was impressive from a visual standpoint, but if ever there was a time this series felt like it jumped the shark it's this one.
Examples:
-Celebrity guest shots that are quite blatant(Ed Sheeran)
- The "poop soup" montage, which seemed to play Sam Tarly for laughs . Just glad he did something good a week later.
-Bran seemingly changing from still being a normal acting teen one season to a rather wooden actor for no apparent reason other than he's the Three Eyed Raven. Only issue is not even the Three Eyed Raven acted that way.
-The attack by Euron Greyjoy being out of nowhere with no explanation as to how they found Yara's fleet in the first place . Hoping we get something for this, otherwise it's just a bunch of coincidence.
-Dany charging the Lannisters with her dragon, and then destroying the food and supplies that she obviously needed for her own army. I hope Tyrion at least makes some kind of comment about that this week.

I'm guessing Jaime and Bronn are going to be captured after the last episode.
Something tells me Jamie is going to be used as a bargaining tool, probably at Tyrion's request. Given that he injured Drogon, I think Bronn may be fucked.

I don't want to see Bronn go out like a chump, but I will also find it rather unbelievable if both he and Jamie managed to just go down stream with no one noticing.

I watched it a second time during one of the weekly reruns. At the end they showed a brief glimpse of Bronn falling into the abyss before they cut to Jamie to close out the episode. Bronn looked like he was out cold.

Anyone who thinks nothing happened in this ep just bc there was no action or whatever is an idiot. Oh yeah, and Cersei is awesome!

Well, we didn't get much action, but we did get a lot of threads and characters coming together. This is obviously meant as an homage to Fellowship of the Ring, albeit a dysfunctional one.
Gotta love Littlefinger being Littlefinger.

Damn, Jon is no bastard after-all with Rhaegar and Lyanna getting married. He's legit the heir to the Iron Throne. Probably the biggest revelation of the episode and it was a throwaway line.

Essentially it shows to Arya that Sansa ain't got enough North in her.

Yeah and it will end up being Gilly or whatever her name is that brings it up at some point, no doubt. She'll remember having read it or something. Maybe she'll confirm it after Bran does his 3-eyed Raven about it and talks about what a beautiful day it was.

I remember the last time I was able to walk. I was caught watching Cersei claim the Iron Throne from inside her brothers pants. That’s when her brother decided to shove me out of the keep window, an act which would almost certainly result in my death. Instead I awoke months later without the ability to use my legs. It was a beautiful day.
