It's a spoiler per se regarding Bronn but not what you'd expect.
Spoiler:

He dated Headey and the breakup so bad that part of their GOT contracts was that they will never share screen time.

I got married to the first boy I ever dated (I was 36, him 38), but there's enough money they can throw at me if I had a bad breakup with an ex

Yeah... Oberyn would not have appreciated the murder of Myrcella.

The Dornishmen really overplay their hands, don't they?

Oberyn would have defeated the Mountain had he just killed him and not stood over him grandstanding. His death was nobody's fault but his own.

And then Ellaria Sand seeks revenge for a book that didn't need to be balanced and it came back to bite her on the ass in a big way.

I must say I was a bit disappointed with the depiction of Casterly Rock. It just looked like another castle, whereas in the books it's carved out of a lion-shaped mountain that is three times the height of the Wall.

Also disappointed that neither Casterly Rock nor Highgarden made it into the title sequence. :(

Really enjoyed the episode, as the Jon Snow vs Khalessi scenes were great (I loved that he wouldn't bow to her).

I give D & D credit as they are ending it on the right note, as this show will never jump the shark. I was watching this last night knowing the end is coming in the next 10 episodes, and then think of The Walking Dead and another season of the same bullshit with no end in sight.

Wouldn't Highgarden have been a spoiler?

I would have turned off the show and stopped watching had he bowed to her. I like Daenerys and all, but Jon is one of the truly great and good characters on the show, and Khalessi is pretty full of herself. He's probably doomed, but Jon Snow is why so many people love the show. I like his reluctant leadership, which makes me hope he comes out on top/still alive by not wanting to be a "true"

Yeah, didn't he get stabbed, badly, at least 4 times last episode? I said he was "over-powered" last week, but that's not quite accurate, it's more like he found the "god-mode" cheat code to Westeros.

As if his invulnerability last week wasn't enough, this week, after a bathroom break at King's Landing, he's able to quickly get his fleet over to Casterly Rock, and lay waste to the unsullied fleet in an afternoon.

It's like they made Danny too OP, so now they have to course-correct by making Euron way OP. He's like magic. Why does he even need Cersi?

I did no think the big meeting was all that great but it was a good scene. They seem to have no chemistry together though. I think the editing this season has been phenomenal though, and the story has been excellent.

Sort of disappointed in the Euron character, he basically just seems like Ramsay Bolton reborn. But he clearly has a big role to play, although I think his goal is to rule himself, not under Cersei.

Some time longer than a "bathroom break" had obviously passed after the throne room scene, because Jamie had also led the bulk of the Lannister army out of Casterly Rock and marched on Highgarden at that point. If he had time to do that, Euron's fleet certainly had time to sail to Casterly Rock.

Yeah, the timeline has been tightened up this season - way more time passes per episode than in past seasons. It does result in some confusion, but it doesn't bother me that much.

Yeah, I dont mind the way time is passing on the show. I mean... who would want to show or two of them traveling around.

Well...if it were still using books as source material, 3-4 different things would happen during the traveling making it worth while. I know it was a surprise to the audience but I would have liked to see more with Jamie and him moving the army from Casterly to Highgarden.

I mentioned this in last weeks thread, but a person I work with (who has read all of the books) does not like the quick time jumps as she said the season feels rushed.

I don't have a problem with it (I have not read the books so I may have just a totally different mindset of the show), but I can understand the other side. I just look at these last 2 seasons as the gravy of the first 6 seasons, and the quick time jump reflects it.

I thought it was a very good episode with a lot of great lines. I hope Liam Cunningham will get an award nomination for this season.

I have a theory that I'm going to put spoiler tags around:

Spoiler:
I'm starting to think that Jaime could be the Prince that was Promised/Azor Ahai. He has a Valerian Steel Sword and I think he'll use it to end Cersei and lead the battle against the army of the dead. I think his conversation with the Lady Olenna is foreshadowing that.

Re: Game of Thrones (S7E03) -- "The Queen's Justice" -- 7/30/17

He's in an interesting spot. The book and show wrote him so that the audience would "like" him (or at least understand what he's going through) but he's tied to his sister, who's basically Evil incarnate. IMO, he's either going to switch sides or die a quick death.

He's gone from someone who didn't blink when he shoved a boy out a high story window, to someone viewers enjoy and root for, to some degree.

There was a story I read this morning saying the Arya has already infiltrated Cersi's ranks. She's the
Spoiler:
cute servant girl that knocks on the door after Jaime and Cersi got their groove on. Cersi tells her to get clean sheets.

We shall see if that's the case.

I read that as well but her last scene gave us the impression she did a 180 and headed back north when she heard of Jon.

It's tough to know if Arya is in King's Landing or not simply because of how fast they advancing the plot between each scene. She very well could be on the road or there already.

At this pace, I would think that the Hound and the Brotherhood Without Banners should be at Winterfell or The Wall by now.

They probably don't know what to do with him. The whole 3-eyed Raven story line went nowhere and now the writers have to wrap up his story line. He doesn't fit it with anything the show has been doing since breaking off/exceeding the book story.

I don't think he did. I'm assuming he cold-read Sansa and noticed that she's starting to turn hard like Cersi.

The 3 eyed guy sees all.

It crossed my mind that that was Arya too. And, Jaime being there was a different kind of surprise for her.
