Well, he's back tonight. Don't know if it will make a huge difference, but good to have someone familiar back.

Tonight is the literally the only reason I am still watching this, so I hope they handle it well (though I'm not holding my breath).

I sure hope somebody didn't open this thread before watching if they didn't know which character was returning.

For anyone who never saw this. This is where Tony was last seen. It was included on the 24: LAD Bluray.

Just got noticeably darker in the junkyard in a just few minutes (after a commercial).

Decent episode. Was hoping for a more grand entrance from Almeida, but we finally get to see a familiar face, so I'll take it.

And was hoping for an explanation of Almeida's return... (after what they showed in the Live Another Day bluray extra)

Hopefully Andy doesn't die,
as 24 has a habit of killing minor characters that do heroic/unselfish acts. Reminds me of Day 5:

Spoiler:
When the bank manager dies after helping Bauer and Wayne Palmer retrieve an audio recording from a safe deposit box

Good to see Tony back. Although it felt very low key.

Interesting that they made a back story with him and Ingram. I'm going to guess that she had something to do with busting him out of prison in Solitary. She said in this episode that Tony is used for off the books Black ops.

I'm going to guess that Henry dies or is sent to the hospital after Tony's "enhanced" interrogation techniques and it will destroy the relationship between Rebecca and John.

Weird huh. Also odd, it looked like Gerald McRaney's character had his window down on the drive? But then when they gassed the car, it was up?

Loved the gas gadget used in the abduction. Had not seen that before. But that was the only highlight of the episode. Even Tony's return was lame. They brought him back to talk tough to an old man? He did nothing that couldn't have been just as well by the new agent that ended up cuffed to some pipes. At least until the start of the next episode so he can go save his boyfriend.

The window was up. It was the black iron fence outside the vehicle. You can see it while they are driving by it.
