Way to go Wally.

The short fight scene at the end was good. The rest, not so much.

Savitar, please impale HR with one of his drumsticks.

While you're at it, impale Wally too.

So ... Savitar doesn't exist yet, like Zoom?

Could Wally be Savitar? I know he said he took his place but that could be a ruse.

Re: The Flash (S3E15) -- "The Wrath of Savitar" -- 3/7/17

I found it odd how they had Barry standing there like a dope for an extended pause as Wally got sucked into the Speedforce.

I did like the emotional fall-out and drama from Iris realizing why Barry proposed so quickly.

Possible spoiler, so don't read below if you want to remain in the dark.

I saw this on another board so I can't really take credit for it, but some are speculating that Savitar is really

Spoiler:
Eddie. Some of Savitar's dialogue makes a lot more sense if it's coming from Eddie.

I admit it. I'm Savitar.

Savitar just doesn't do it for me as the a season long big bad.
Once again HR is one the better parts of the show.
Why was Barry just standing around? Follow your future Brother In-Law into the Speed Force.
Jesse also should have been suited and ready to save her boyfriend.

I see David Dashmalchian has been cast as ABRA KADABRA.
He was recently on GOTHAM as the morgue doctor who brings Jerome back to life as the Proto-Joker.
And he was in THE DARK KNIGHT and ANT-MAN.

The line about Jessie being distracted by the engagement ring? Facepalming bad.

Yeah a lot of women on other boards I frequent were NOT happy about that at all.

Not to mention why as a fellow speedster wouldn't she have just followed Wally instead of going back to Star labs and shrug her shoulders like "I don't know?" Dumb writing and characterization.

I thought that too.

I'm still distracted by how big and bulky Savitar is for a Speedster.

I think Savitar could be an evil/insane future version of Barry, like the Valeyard in Doctor Who.

What about a time remnant of Barry that doesn't get killed? Only one can be with Iris and get the happy ever after. It might drive the other one insane.

It's Julian. Savitar is playing the long con.

I don't see how it could be Julian. Pretty sure there have been times where he is there and Savitar is also there.

That didnt stop Reverse Flash and Thawne/Wells being in the same room together.

From the things Savitar has said, it seems like he is actually from the future, not the present time. So while I doubt it is Julian, if it was it could still be a future version of him and thus be in the same room at the same time. Or as the comment above mentioned, he could be pulling the same thing Reverse Flash did as being RF and fake-Wells in the same room at the same time, but I really doubt this is the case either.

That is what I gathered from watching the episode. Even before Wally got sucked into the vortex signs were pointing in that direction. As those convos with Savitar made it obvious that he was someone who had a history with Barry. Plus he seemed sort of remorseful for having to kill Iris.

I'm going to say Jessie is Savitar. Only person that makes sense to me, based on the arguments for and against other people.

i can see the whole being in 2 places thing at once, but i doubt they would go that well again as a plot device. my money is being someone close to him.

Savitar in CGI looks all bad ass, Savitar in rubber godzilla suit form looks so cheesy. Ah tv budget, got to work with what ya get. I think they blew their CGI budget for a few eps making the back to back Gorilla city ones.

Why not? They just keep using the 'new faster speedster villain' well every season. I'm calling it now, Season 4 Barry will have to take on some other Speedster faster than him.
