Much better episode. Dar Dahl is one scheming son of a bitch. So is Quinn playing up his disability? He sure seemed like he was playing it up but was back to his badass self when he beat that guy up.

One of the better Homeland episodes in quite a while.

I don't think he was playing it up. He was still limping, etc. The only thing he did was hit a guy who was already on the floor with a sock full of something (batteries?). The old Quinn wouldn't need to hit a guy in a defense-less position with a foreign object.

Better episode, but it still took me 2 hours to watch it. I kept pausing it to do something else because I wasn't all that interested in what was going on.

It was the way he talked after he hit him. No stuttering, not hesitation.

Decent episode, still despise Carrie. Far-r-r-r-r-r more interested in everything that doesn't involve her directly.

Same with me, as that is the difference between this season and other seasons of Homeland. This season is just a chore to watch and I'm just watching the show at this point because I have been a diehard fan since Season 1. The show has pretty much run it's course and I don't know what else they can do for 2 more seasons after this?

And what's up with Carrie arguing that you shouldn't prosecute anyone because you think he is a terrorist? Wasn't that the whole plot of Season 1 and her suspicion of Brody?

What was the deal with the cigarette pack that Saul found in the trash can?

I thought it might link the guy to being in NK, despite his claims. That was my best guess

My guess is it confirmed to Saul that the whole thing was an Israeli op designed to make him fall in step with Dar's hardline policy. The "Iranian" they detained and questioned was a plant who came back into the ops room at some point and tossed his cigs in the trash can.

That's also what I thought.
