All the CW DC shows would be better off with a lot less of the romantic relationship stuff no matter who they are pairing up. There were times when it seemed like that was all Arrow and the Flash were about.

Bingo. I'm sure they probably have a big group of females who watch Sueprgirl, but I can't see a large majority of them jonesing for a lesbian storyline shoved down their throats. Unlike the original Ollie/Felicity relationship or Barry and Kaitlin.

This was a completely terrible, completely useless fluff episode. Way too bubbly on everyone's part. I cringed when Gomez said "way to go Danvers" under his breath after Kara once again stood up for herself. That whole Alex storyline, back and forth, can I do this, turning on a dime from lovey dovey to oh no my sisters' on a different planet I can't do this now bullshit was so stupid. Just a bad episode and not one bit surprised Kevin Smith directed this dreck.

And this was a TERRIBLE episode. The worst for me by far.

I thought it was fun, but the Guardian stuff was filler and Alex's love life just kills the pace of the show.
My biggest issue has to be with the budget. Not only did they rip off Stargate part and parcel, but the whole thing looked like an episode of Stargate. The sets, the aliens, just everything not on Earth was very low budget SyFy looking.
Say what now?
