A so-so episode in my opinion.

Very so-so. The over the top fear of zombie thing was ridiculous and the source of the plaque wasn't handled well.

Also hate the idea of a new Captain Cold rather than him creating another Atom option.

Not my favorite this season, but it still had some fun moments.

I did get a kick out of Rory turning into the Zombie and then when he changed back:

"Professor, were we about to kiss?"

The episode did get a little too deep when they got into the slavery thing with Jax.

I doubt that Ray will be Rory's new sidekick too long. I'm sure the Atom will come back into play at some point.

They never did find the time traveler.

Pretty sure it was inferred he started the zombie outbreak, which meant he was a zombie as well so would they even need to have still been looking for him?

That is what I inferred as well. But would it have killed to spend a minute on that to wrap it up? Could have easily taken time away from the old guys zombie freak out to actually tie up what they started.

This is going down the path I feared when they introduced history boy to the show. First he's an expert on Shogun-era Japan (I believe he called it "his jam") and now he wrote his sophomore thesis on the U.S. Civil War? I guess he'll be an expert on every era and locale in which they find themselves.

Pretty blah episode but Rory was gold as always.

I don't get why they can't drop Ray off in Star City or wherever, say "go build a new suit, we'll jump forward 6 months and pick you back up." They could literally do this in 2 minutes of air time.

I thought it was dumb that Steel's clothes didn't burn off since he was in the middle of the explosion.

Rory - "We ran into zombies, and there were sprouts on my sandwich..."

Funny stuff.

Wow - I thought this was one of he best episodes they've aired. I figured a lot of you'd like it too; guess not!

I really like whoever played General Grant and scenes with him. His talked with Sarah at the end was nice too.

I was okay with he Jax content too. I thought it was handled very well, including the barn scenes. I only wish he at least could have decked the one guy.

If anyone's interested, Brandon Routh and Caity Lotz are in 400 Days on Syfy tonight.

They should have put Sara in charge of the team last year. That change alone makes LOT better.

The episode felt like it was originally intended to be more tongue-in-cheek, but was turned more serious than it was originally intended (for example, it was hard for me to take Stein's fear of "Zombies" seriously).

You're not alone. I also enjoyed the episode thoroughly. I especially enjoyed the stuff about the freed slaves.

That was quite the fire spread from a dropped lantern in the house.

Eh, the light on the Omni turned green, so their work was done :)

I was actually impressed with the Jax storyline. Thought it added to the character, and for once we got a (sadly) more realistic idea of what a black character from 2016 would face in the past.

As for Ray being "Corporal" Cold, I have a feeling he'll start tinkering with the gun to increase it's capabilities, then he'll realize he's on a highly advanced time machine/space ship with complete access to historical records, a replicator, and a functioning AI, so he'll just tell Gideon to build him a new one.

Speaking of Gideon, where the hell was she when Zombie Rory was terrorizing Ray and Stein?

I enjoyed the episode but am puzzled why Mick only knocked Ray out (and didn't eat his brains).

Thought it was an okay episode. Liked the bouncing back and forth between storylines as it built up. The Jax story being the best.

It's hard to believe this show is in the same universe as Arrow.
