Please note:

FREQUENCY "Bleed Over" will now be airing in place of the previously announced episode "Seven Three." Program information has been added for "Bleed Over," airing Wednesday, October 26 (9:00-10:00 pm ET).

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 26

FREQUENCY

"Bleed Over" - (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET) (Content Rating TBD) (HDTV)

ROB MAYES ("MISTRESSES") GUEST STARS - With the date of Julie's (Devin Kelley) abduction rapidly approaching, Raimy (Peyton List) and Frank (Riley Smith) each work to gather information from a girl whose mother was taken by the Nightingale. Meanwhile, Raimy meets Kyle (guest star Rob Mayes) who immediately remembers her from a brief encounter in the past. She doesn't recognize him at first, but flashes of their night together come rushing back to her. Mekhi Phifer, Anthony Ruivivar, Lenny Jacobson and Daniel Bonjour also star. Michael Fields directed the episode written by Michael Alaimo (#105). Original airdate 10/26/2016.

Not sure why The CW is airing episode 5 this week and pushed episode 4 to next week. Strange. Unless story-wise it doesn't matter and this was just the order they were filmed.

Looks like even though this was technically episode #105, it was just the 5th episode filmed and it was fine airing as episode 4.

Solid episode. I enjoyed Frank and Raimy's investigation into the Nightingale killer and father-daughter who were part of the past & present storyline. This episode felt more like a detective thriller than having the sci-fi elements of previous weeks.

Raimy's best friend does kind of bug me though. I find him creepy.

I find him more annoying than creepy.

Why couldn't Frank just casually walk or drive by the truck and check it out. He's an idiot. Otherwise, good ep.

I don't think they wanted the first season's big bad getting caught this soon. It made Frank look impulsive and stupid since he wasn't even in a uniform. He could have walked right up to the truck without arousing suspicion.
