Peters is no doubt part of the supposed surprise that is coming. Still believe the rumors were true about how he is playing given the hint by O'Hare's character in that video.
Bates is still a great actress and I've seen countless articles praising her work in these AHS shows. Which as somebody that doesn't really like her, at all, I always find surprising. But I guess if an actress can make you dislike her that much, she must be doing something right.
Glad we got a lot of backstory on what is going on, including Gaga's character.

From a technical viewpoint her acting on AHS has been shrill and sloppy. All too often viewers confuse the character with the actor. She was a much better actress earlier in her career and has devolved into playing "Kathy Bates" much like Robert De Niro has in his career.
