I actually thought Flashpoint Iris had great chemistry with Barry. That was a nicely done transition within one episode's time.

This was a great episode, possibly the best Flash we've gotten since the end of season one. It touched on all the points that this show does so well, from his agony over his parents to his love for Iris. Grant was just a perfect choice for Barry Allen. The movie division is screwed for not going with him.

I'm glad this show has turned Reverse Flash into such a fierce foe for the Flash. It's right from the comics and has elevated the villain's prestige in the public eye. Now all we need is a Legion of Doom with Reverse Flash and Grodd.

Kid Flash's costume was very cool. I hope it returns...

I'm not sure why there's any confusion. Posting a text spoiler about next week is vastly different than posting a video. Don't want to watch, keep scrolling. Text on a discussion forum not tagged is harder to avoid.

Like everyone else said, it's not even a spoiler filled video. It's just a fun little extra for the fans. Honestly you're missing out thinking it's some big spoiler filled video.

Agreed. I kinda wish they didn't release promo shots of it though. It would have been nicer seeing it for the first time in the episode.

Same here. And you do realize that often the videos you claim don't spoil anything often have a still shot of at least one scene in the video. In this case, the shot of Kid Flash IIRC. :lol:

I watched those videos now that it's been confirmed they are spoiler free. Pretty cool. Kind of thing that should be included as extras on BD's when they comes out.

Goddamn..Iris West is fine as fuck.

I watched this on the CW app on XBOX since CW shows are no longer on
Hulu. It was a chore. Not nearly as smooth and buttoned down like Hulu. But hey, I watched it.

-The ep was pretty good. I see that they're continuing to "correct" Iris' character even more by making her a bigger part of the team.

Yea... I'm finding her way more attractive than I have before for some reason.

I agree, which is why I now avoid almost any thread or site discussing Berlanti's DC shows before they air.

It's clear they believe spreading pre-release images around helps attract new viewers, but it hurts surprises.
Iris also looked better on Earth 2. Apparently Iris is hotter in every other parallel universe.

I expected the same.

The episode was okay, but felt way too rushed. If they have 23 episodes, this should have been 3-4 episodes in the alt timeline. We'd have had a better sense of how ingrained Barry is with his parents, and had some mystery occurrences to tease the memory loss.

I'm not convinced Thawn did anything, rather there are ripple effects from messing with the timeline even if it means Nora died a few moments later than originally.

It's hard to imagine how postponing the death 30 seconds could have that kind of impact. The only thing I can think of is the knife. RF killed her with a knife, but didn't he originally use a vibrating hand? Maybe that altered the investigation in ways that spiral into these changes.

If things are different with Iris that should mean his memories would alter even just slightly since it is still a different timeline to some degree. However it would likely have a few changes if Iris and Joe have not been talking, how long etc... that would alter other events and so forth.

Normally can get all this time travel stuff right, however Reverse Flash just took berry back to the future and then ran off....back to the past to get stuck like originally happened even though he should not even exist.

I don't think it is that he committed the murder later. Barry was unconscious. Thawne could have gone some where else in time and done something to cause the Iris issue.
